I like tiger direct they have alright deals and they great customer service and an awesome offline catalog. They ship fast. I ordered it at 3 pm and i had it the next day at 12pm. I live in Michigan... they have warehouses everywhere.... This was standard ground shipping
I spoke with Carlos (extension 5892) at Tiger Direct who help me through a return. His professionalism was second to none and I appreciated having worked with him through this return process. He helped me through the RMA process and made the whole event painless.

Tiger Direct is a first class customer service organization. The have taken care of issues, including those that were the result of my own mistakes, quickly, painlessly, and as well as any other merchandiser with whom I have EVER worked.
Example, I ordered a computer with a drive that was too small...didn't realize it until 45 days later, called them, they replaced it, period.
Example number 2: Ordered a 100 ft HDMI cable, got it strung to my projector and reaslized the connector was damaged. Called Tiger at 8:00 EDT and received a replacement at 10:00AM the next morning
Keith was very helpful regarding questions I had about my original Windows 7 order. In addition, he recommended antivirus and tuneup software to go along with the Windows 7 operating system. I look forward to setting up my new systems some time next week after receiving both orders. Thank you, Keith!
Have purchased from TigerDirect for many years. Have always been happy with their products and service. On the rare occasion of a problem, they stand by their products, unlike Ecost. Wish more web retailers were like this one.
I bought a Visionman barebones system for my father, very nice, but Visionman did not ship a driver disk and could not connect to the internet without drivers and everything I tried didn't work. I spoke with Rep Arturo Correa, he contacted Visionman and 3 days later I had the right disk and the system is working great. I have had great service and great prices from TD,their customer service is outstanding. I recommend them and Visionman 100%. B R

systemax X58 - WOW -Had a few problems. It wouldn't recognize the DVD rom. I opened the case, plugged it in and wallah. had some networking problems, used the 45 day on line tech support...They got me going..If you are going to buy this fabulous smoking computer do your self a favor and purchase the 2yr extended warranty with it and also buy the 45 day online tech support package. Only running 2 monitors right now, but two more will be no problem, Most fun I have had since I have been computin...first one I didn't build myself....Can't wait to try windows 7..Been using Tiger for 8 years and built many many puters ordering from them. Sometimes their sales rep get a little over zealous, but be patient you will figure it out
Erwin Henao was excellent when I called concerning the Windows 7 upgrade for my system purchased in July. He did not hesitate to answer my questions and provide the link to the upgrade. He was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant which is refreshing in this day and time. It is customer service such as this that will keep me coming back and referring friends and family.

This was my first time dealing with Tiger Direct. Dealt with "JP" 5956. Purchased components to buid a relatively high end PC. JP was vey helpful when I called to make sure all of the components I had selected were good choices for my needs. The shipment will come mid-week, but I am very impressed with the service received to-date. I am not a novice, but not so experienced with selecting my own components that I wanted to go it alone. After JP and I got done, I called a friend that is very experienced and technical to confirm choices. He was impressed enough that I didn't change a thing. Thanks JP and Tiger Direct.
Everything came today as promised, except the OS which I knew was on backorder. It is already assembled, just waiting for the OS to arrive. This is my first build, so I am impressed. About 3 hours start to finish.
