I'm Ray I Just Ordered a AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ Socket AM2 Box CPU 3.01 and I wanted to know if my Motherboard work with this CPU . The Man I talked to took the time to find my Motherboard wich was a M2N32-SLI Deluxe and told me it would work . I Tell you What Tiger Direct knows what they are talking about . Just ordered a system & flat screen monitor from TigerDirect and put it together last night. Nothing but good things to say about TD and and SystemMAX. The TD rep Alex was courteous and helpful. Thanks, Jens
Worst Customer experience. I had ordered a PC from the on Sept 29, with a delivery date of Oct 5-8. My CC was charge on Sept 29. On Oct 9 they again advertise the PC, but this time at a higher price. My friend didnt get in on the deal the same time as I did, and paid a higer price than I on Oct 9th. He got his PC shipped on Oct 10th. I called Tigerdirect on Oct 10th about my status, and they said they were sold out and refunded me my CC. What happen to my CC not being charged until shipped? Then they resold my PC that I ordered at a higher price later!

For orders placed directly with us we do not charge until the item(s) have been shipped, however this transaction was placed via Amazon which does charge in full at the time of purchase.
Unfortunately the item you purchased was a high demand item with limited quantities and the warehouse was unable to fulfill your order before the limited stock was depleted.

Ordered computer on the 29th. Was told I had to fax in my lease agreement (was told I couldn't e-mail this). After faxing info they "never got it." I found this scary as it was my lease agreement with my personal information.
After talking to an honest CSR I was told I never actually had to fax the info and that I could have e-mailed it... So I did.
Well it is two weeks later and the computer I ordered has been "Backordered" since day one.
The funny thing is THEY SOLD THEM ON FRIDAY THE 9th of this month and shipped same day via COMPUSA...
Last night I was told I won't be receiving the computer after all (I had to call them btw)
The CSR said that it was never sold on Friday and no one else is receiving these units..

Today I worked with Teri @ ext 5845 to order my new computer. She was extremely easy to talk to. She is very informed about her products and extremely personable and professional. My career in retail management has given me the ability to recognize exceptional customer service and I would like to recognize her for her service for her company. She made the experience very enjoyable.
As a first time customer at TigerDirect, I ordered a 55" TV which included free standard shipping (also not to mention they had the lowest price for the item around). I received the TV the same week which was faster than I expected. I would recommend this store to anyone.
- I ordered a Biostar motherboard with bing cash back and eBillme, but the mobo was backordered (when I purchased it, TD did not notify/tell me it was backordered)
- Called in to customer service many times. A few times were to switch the order with an item instock, but they couldn't do anything because eBillme and bing cashback had expired.
- I was about to give up after 2 weeks of waiting and waiting.
The two previous CSRs to Ernesto that I called said they couldn't do anything about the problem, so I had given up. Finally today, on 10/9, Ernesto was able to switch products and I *should* be receiving a motherboard that is in stock + the bing+eBillme rebates.
Thanks to Ernesto - I would have left an overall negative feedback if this issue had not been fixed.

Great, I've always had great experience shopping from Tiger Direct, the only problem I had this time was I was trying to ship my order to my work address (so that I knew someone would be there to receive it), but it wouldn't let me saying that the address was there under another name. I'm sorry, the ship to address should just be whatever the customer fills out, without something telling me I can't ship there, that's a problem with the website as far as I'm concerned.
This site is well organized, particularly for the amount of information on it. The shopping and comparing was easy and quick. Check out was simple and very clear. I have shopped here before and will continue to do so.
I ordered a an HP 4710S laptop from Tiger Direct, over the phone, talked to Lester on ext. 5920 and just wanted to say how postive an experience it was. Lester knows his stuff, helped a lot, and got everything moving quickly. I love the laptop, just what I needed. All the service was excellent, right from placing the order to how quickly it was delivered with standard shipping. I also ordered wireless mouse with it, but found I had to return it because I changed my mind on that particular mouse (U can't tell until you actually try it). Tiger Direct's service in handling the return was great - very prompt and accomodating. I definitely would not hesitate to order again from Tiger Direct and Lester. Thanks!
I had an amazing experience in calling Tiger Direct. I was connected to William Sanders (x5865). He actually listened what I was dealing with and with patience walked me through the process of finding what I needed to solve my issue. His technical knowledge was impecable and he didn't get anxious when I asked him stupid questions.
I would say that William is one of the best sales people I have worked with. I am 57 years old and retired from AT&T Labs, so I have spoken with a great deal of sales people. If he had been one of those pushy sales guys, like at the old Egghead, I would have said thank you and called somewhere else.
All-in-all, I was happy to spend almost $900 with your company and I will always ask for William for any needs, like this, I have in the future.
THIS GUY SHOULD BE TEACHING YOUR SALES TEAM. I have used Tiger in the past, but it was nothing like the customer service I recieved today.
