I got an email about a promotion Tiger was running. I have been wanting a DVD burner they had a promo running on one. I read the specs and decided it was the one for me. I went to about 4 different websites to compare prices. All were more expensive. One was as close as one dollar more, however my Tiger Direct burner was offering a rebate the others were not. A good price AND a rebate. I was on that deal right away!

I have never had a problem with Tiger Direct. Their shipping can be high compared to some stores though. Most of the time, they have very good prices. I probably have a bias on shipping, because I live in Indiana and all of my orders have come from a warehouse in Illinois. This means that UPS ground usually comes in 2 days.

Extremely slow and cumbersome website. Good selection and prices.

I requested a copy of the invoice and what I received had no info on it except billing and shipping address and invoice number. It did not give give item or cost or customer number or anything like that.  

Excellent and easy ordering process.  
 
Long customer service wait time but once they are on the phone they solve the problems right away.

Wow! What amazingly fast service.  
 
I placed my order on-line about 3:30 in  
the afternoon and UPS delivered my order  
to my door the NEXT AFTERNOON by 4:00!!  
 
And that was regular UPS ground delivery.  
OK, as it turns out TigerDirect appears  
to have a shipping center in the neighboring  
town, but that service was amazing!  
 
And the product I bought plugged in and works  
great!

The gentelman I spoke with was incredibly helpfull. Being so completely computer illiterate, I have found your staff to always be so incredibly patient and helpful I return any time I need something that has to do with my computer, soon to be computerS thanks to you all! :)

Good deal. Well it was refurbished. The item was packed well. Now on another note. Yes people the shipping prices they charge can be quite high. As always qhat kept me from buying many products from them is the great shipping charges they add on. Most of the time you can find them a little more expensive on another site but still cheaper because the shipping isnt so high.  
 
I mean almost $10 to ship something the size of 2 stacked dvd boxes. Among other multiple small items you have to pay another $10-20 more. As if they send each item in a separate box.  
 
Service is great and the website is well layed out. But if they spent more of their time lowering shipping prices and less time on worrying about people rating them and bells and whistles, they would double their sales.  
 

First time buyer from TigerDiect The web site was easy to navigate and I had no problems. I am looking forward to my delivery.  

SO easy to use and track your order from the day it leaves to the day it arrives./ Pricing is great and the customer service is awesome. I even got called to inform me on the status of my order and to offer me additional savings on some parts. Thanks and keep up the service.

I always, and only shop at Tiger Direct for all my computer needs because of their many quality products and great prices, and availability.

The whole process has been really easy. I was delighted to find this comboination to begin with and then WHAT a PRICE!!!. I ordered it on the 15th, got the confirmation on the 16th and today is the 20th and I have my merchandise. Very fast!! In fact, it arrived here at the UPS dock late Friday evening. I'd have had it in TWO DAYS if it hadn;t been a weekend!!! Very satisfied with every aspect of the process.  

I am very happy with my purchasing experience with Tiger Direct. I ordered the MP3 Classic CHD 1000 on October 13th, and it was delivered within 5 days. The item was well packaged and was received in excellent condition. The only problem I had was not associated with Tiger Direct, but was a software problem between Microsoft and Classic. Classic Company was able to answer my request within the same day and therefore the driver conflict was resolved quickly. Thanks to everyone for their support.
