Tiger Direct is the best. We ordered a laptop from Steven (extension 5841)at Tiger Direct. When there was a problem with the unit, Steven helped us get it replaced. He also called a month later to be sure we were happy. I have done business with Steven for years. He is such a nice young man.

This seller sold me a motherboard and CPU combo and did not ship the CPU because they said it was on back order. They did not notify me about the back order and I found out about it after 6 days when I recieved the rest of the items and then when I called them after spnding an hour on the phone, they told me that shipped the CPU onOct 4th!! and ground!!! In all google email updates they send me the said that they have shipped the CPU too. I lost an installation because of these guys and talked to their manager, Bridget.Willia, about it but the manger was as rude as possible too and she told me that I had to call to find out that the CPU is on back order!!!. I do not recommad this site to anybody

I bought a product from them that just wouldn't work for me. I'm not too computer savvy so it was prob my problem. But I went online and asked to return it and they said no problem. Fast shipping and easy returns. I will buy from them again. :-)

Clark Petion in customer service was exeptional. He listened to my needs and made some strong suggestions. For the same money I was going to spend I got much better equipment.

I'm always use Tiger Direct online store and also use Systemax in Puerto Rico (Cumpusa PR ) in store to get all I need for computer and accesories, They have great price and excellent costumer services and excellent staff in both sites.

Shopping today was easy. I found exactly what I wanted. This was my first time ordering at Tiger Direct. I was a bit concerned and called customer service and the young man who helped me was Great!! I will leave more information when I receive my order.

TigerDirect is awesome. Low prices, FAST shipping, great customer service. You cannot go wrong with TD!

Hopefully this will be as good as my ACER mini that I ordered before.

I start my review by saying that Tiger Direct is a great place to get your computer parts but once and awile something will go wrong. When something goes wrong, you find out just how good they are. I explained my problem to George 5373 and as confusing as the problem was good old George 5373 took care of it. If all the people are as helpful as George at T.D. they will continue to be a plasure to do business with.
