I was in the market for a notebook to run my 3D software_ 3DS Max and Softimage XSI. I don't buy anything this expensive without putting a great deal of research into it. So I emailed Donald Stratton, Owner of Powernotebooks, and I swear as soon as I hit the send button, the phone rang and Donald was on the the other end! ...talk about customer service! I told him I needed a high quality product with exceptional tech/customer support at the best price. I said it had to be able to run 3D software without any glitches. He assured me that it could handle anything I installed. 2 weeks later..no worries, no bugs, I'm more productive, have more free time..which for me means more time with my family. I won't hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and associates and will buy from them again if I'm ever in the market for another notebook.

Exceptional Service -- they really are a VALUE-ADDED-Reseller! I am happy to say that I unequivocably second all the positive opinions here. I will definitely buy from them again, and again, and again (next stop: X-Mas)! I can be one of the most cynical SOBs out there when it comes to business and business practices (like making sausage, if you know what I mean), but this company is a model business after Adam Smith's own heart! Or, rather, I should say, more accurately, The Lord's...! =)

My laptop died, and desperately I made a phone call to powernotebooks.com since I had been eyeing some of their models. I asked for the best deal for my money, and Mr. Stratton recommended the Sager notebook NP6120-C. I received the product in 2 days and am extremely pleased with its performance. The 2 ghz P4 processor is so fast!!! I just love it!! I'm counting on this product lasting me a long long time!!

Absolutely incredible service and computer. I orderedn a NP5620 Supra, it just got here yesterday, and it exceeds my wildest expectations. I ordered mine with a 2.4GHz Pentium 4, 512MB DDR, a UXGA screen, a combo drive, as well as some extra batteries, an extended warranty and some stuff like that. The computer is fast. I mean, it's fast even compared to my desktop, which is a 1.4GHz Athlon TBird with 512mb of DDR and an ATI Radeon 8500 video card, as well as 10,000RPM SCSI hard drives. I can actually play Black & White (a game by EA; You play god, but it is an entire 3D world) at 1600x1200/32 bit with all the detail turned all the way up, and the motion is fluid. Now, my desktop can do that at 2048x1536 @ 32 bit, but that's a desktop. This is a laptop. Then there's the speakers. I don't know what they did, but I haven't been able to make them distort the sound at all. Even playing something with a lot of bass with the volume all the way up they don't distort. And, so far, the build quality seems flawless. If the computer holds up as well as it seems like it will, Sager and Powernotebooks will have a customer for a long, long time. Great experience so far. When I first started looking for a laptop, I emailed Powernotebooks with some questions at 2:30am. I had a very helpful response by 2:45am.
I ordered my laptop a week or so later. They kept me updated about my payment being received, my computer being shipped, etc. The laptop arrived just as I ordered it.. and cost much less than an equivalent Dell or Gateway.

I am incredibly happy with my purchase from powernotebooks.com, and would definetly do business with them again. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a notebook computer. The idea of trusting thousands of dollars to such a small company may at first seem rather daunting, but you can rest assured that they will take care of you; you will be treated like a real person, and your order will be handled with the care you would expect with a transaction of this magnitude. I would feel very confident buying from them again.

Without question, the highest quality customer service and deliver anyone could reasonably expect. Time was critical and my knowledge of the product was limited. The sales representative took care of EVERYTHING. I was apprehensive about pre-payment and shipping - but I received my order on time and as promised. Absolutely, GREAT SERVICE!

I was on a road trip and my laptop died so I needed one fast. I found Powernotebooks.com through an internet search and talked with Donald Stratton on the evening of the 22nd. Donald handled the transaction with extreme professionalism and I ordered a Sager 5620. He explained that they accept wire transfers, suggesting that was the fastest way for me to order. I wired the funds first thing the next day and the day after that my new laptop arrived. It was complete as I ordered it and packed very well.
The 5620 has been a pleasure to use once I got over the habit of reaching for previously familiar controls on my old Dell.
Great customer service is becoming a rare thing these days. My thanks to Powernotebooks.com for taking it to the top.

To sum up powernotebooks.com, in words would be absolute perfection.
If there were an award for best customer relationship for any company, anywhere, online or not, powernotebooks.com’s staff would walk away with the gold.
The entire order process was extremely human, with emails from real people telling me where my order process was, and what steps are remaining. I really felt like someone was looking after me, not just throwing some parts in a box and shipping it out. Donald Stratton was amazingly helpful, and answered every single email very quickly, usually within an hour.
I will be ordering more notebooks from powernotebooks.com without hesitation. Thank you everyone at powernotebooks.com.

Great Customer Service!! I had an issue with a computer (found out it was an OS issue,and not a computer issue), but they were willing to ship one to me BEFORE I shipped this one back to them. Since I am in the military and wanted my laptop for a deployment, this was great.
The human element is definitely "IN" powernotebooks...I have never been treated better by a Internet business.
System is sweet, works flawlessly, and due to their concern, I now have a laptop for my 90 day deployment.

I don't even have my computer yet and I'm completely satisfied with the service I received from this company. The price was outstanding and the service was even better. Never have I been so satisfied with online ordering as I have been with this company. I will definitely try to pass on my experience to the members of our company and our affiliates. Donald Stratton followed up on my initial inquiry late Monday night. Donald assured me that the model I wanted could be delivered to me by Thursday. On Tuesday, I wired funds for the NP5620. As promised, on Thursday it was in my hands. By Friday afternoon I had it loaded up with a very complex software development environment and it works great. The 1600x1200 display is bright and flawless. I'm glad my research led me to powernotebooks.com. Based on my experience, I highly recommend powernotebooks.com to anyone looking for great value and customer service.

I could not be happier with this experience! The Sager NP5620 SUPRA is everything it was advertised as and PowerNotebooks.com has the best customer service of Internet companies I've dealt with over the past 4 years. As an Internet retailer myself, I was shocked at the price points of all the offerings but happy to deal with a company whose values exceed the norm in this day and age. You litterally cannot find a better company to deal with. I'm sure I will be a repeat buyer!
