Although the prcie was great and the shipping was quick, the products arrival was a great disappointment. I had ordered a USB flash drive Panda for my 8-yr-old daughter for Christmas, only to be sent a black devil instead. When I called for customer service all I got was the manager was gone for the day, the item numbers for the two products were the same and they couldn't do anything for me in time for Christmas. The warehouse had just messed up and I had to be OK with that. Then on top of this, their return process is cumbersome and has super detailed instructions you must follow--Get RMA# then wait for call tag and then send product through FedEx only (prepaid thank goodness, but I don't go by one everyday and I am a busy mom). All this has to be done within 10 days of getting the RMA# and so if the call tag is late, you can be lost in La La Land waitng for a refund because they can't produce more than one RMA for an order! Somebody tell them how to program their computers and be truly customer supportive!
