I purchased a Tally printer worth $1500 from Provantage on May 2. The printer was shipped the same day and arrived earlier than I had expected it to. They were the only supplier of this printer that did not have a waiting period involved before shipping. I would buy from them any time!

Ordered logitech computer speakers. They had best price around. Ordered late wed. night. Got email next morning advising it was shipped. Arrived fri. morning. All as advertised. Really fast turn around. Couldn't be happier. The web site could use better description of the products thou.

I had a positive experience dealing with Provantage. I ordered and received a software program Corel Ventura at a low price and it came right on time. It took a few days longer than usual because they ship it to a warehouse in another state and then it goes on to California where I live. It was a smooth easy purchase. When I called to inquire about when it would arrive, they told me about the double shipment. It was worth the two day delay for the low price.

Provantage was the only company with a good rating and good price for my inverter. I was not dissapointed. Package arrived on time, and I have had no problems.

My old Micro innovations KB95W's left shift key died and I needed a new keyboard. The rest of my computer is black so I bought a KB95B (B stands for black etc) but it cant compare to my old one.  
I looked for keyboards and foolishly bought one online. One should try out peripherals like this in a store. Enough said about the keyboard. This site is for rating resellers.  
The reseller Provantage.com has an 800 number but is closed on weekends so I placed the order online. I received an email the following Monday morning that they were processing the order and checked their site for status. I checked again on Tuesday and it showed a FedEx tracking number and arrived Wednesday.  
Pro's  
This was my first buy from them and all went well. Their site is easy to negotiate and also check the status.  
They are prompt and shipped fast.  
Con's  
You can't delete your credit card information. I'm sure they are other con's but this was my two cents worth.

Prompt delivery, good price, and easy online navigation.

I dont remember the invoice, but it doesnt matter because they were magnificant. The case is beautiful and came to me very fast. Their website could do alittle better getting the tracking number. It never gave me one, so I called and they promptly gave me a tracking number to use, so no harm done. I would buy from them again.

I was looking for a place to buy the Koss KSC75 headphones to replace the horrid earbuds on my MP3 player. I finally came across them at Provantage for $15 shipped, which was cheaper than any other place I found them and they were available for shipping immediately. I ordered them on Monday and they came in on Wednesday from Tennessee! The headphones are perfect for workouts at the gym and the service and pricing from Provantage are top-notch!

Ordered a Addonics SATAII PCI Card on Wednesday, May 4, 2005 and received the card on Friday, May 6, 2005! Very fast shipping, processing of order and communication provided by Provantage. This is the second time I have used them and will again in the future. Both times were excellent!

I ordered a Belkin Universal 1200va UPS and it was shipped immediately. Provantage notified me almost instantly when it was being shipped and it arrived two days later in excellent shape. Its worked ever since and I have not found any problems with the product.

Ordered a HP 3700 color laser printer on a Monday (2/28/05). Price was great, $900.89 plus shipping of $62.50... just a few dollars more than cheapest online retailers at resellerratings, bizrate & nextag. Way lower than local retailers of course, man I love online shopping. Had ordered toner for my Tektronics Phaser 560 from Provantage several times in the past without problems... so chose them again with confidence. The printer was delivered on Friday (3/4/05) and works perfect. Only complaint, although I did promptly receive a confirmation of order email, and a shipment processed email... the online account info did not list a tracking number and I had to email and ask for it on Thursday (to make sure I was home on day of delivery). They sent me the tracking number within a couple hours and all went well.  
 
Ordered from them again the next week. I needed a longer USB cable because of where I set up the above printer in my home office... Ran to local retailers to check prices... The Belkin USB 2.0 (480Mbps) 16' Device Cable (A/B) at Office Max was $29 plus change, so ran to CompUSA... there it was $37 and change. Of course, run home check resellerratings... Guess what, Provantage had by far the lowest prices on USB cables. The same cable at Provantage $6.08!!! OK, I had to pay $5.45 for the shipping for a total of $11.53... From order to delivery, 2 days. When the item arrived, it was in the same package as hanging on the wall at stores. Seeing the markup at retail for this USB cable made me wonder if I could open a store selling just cables??? Hmmmm... Main problem, cheap buyers like me would still buy online from places like Provantage. :)

Online purchase was quick and easy. Inventory quoted was accurate. Price was not the lowest, but darn close. Order shipped via fed-Ex same day. Order status and package tracking were easy to find and accurate. Packaging was good. Overall, my experience with provantage.com was a model of great online retailing.

Ordered a Belkin ethernet cable and labtec webcam pro. Prices are among the best and the shipping was in time, through UPS ground. Products are working fine.
