I ordered a DC-to-AC power inverter to run my laptop in my car on 10/11/2005. The package was waiting for me when I got home from work on 10/12/2005. I just had the standard ground shipping as well. I've ordered from a lot of good places online, but this is a beat-all... I've never seen such fast shipping in my life. Great price on the product as well. I'll definitely check this place out first when I buy online again.

A tracking number was not provided, but the shipping was so fast I didn't really need it.

I ordered a hard case for my Palm E2 and it was shipped the same day that I ordered it and I received it within 48 hours. The case was just as advertised.

Got the Microsoft Natural Keyboard 4000 from these guys. They were the only site online to sell them for about a week until it came out. Price was the cheapest too. Order came fast, and they always sent me emails to keep me updated. Highly recommend these guys. Only thing i didnt like was there is no price protection guarantee. The price of the keyboard dropped $10 after i ordered and they would not refund it. Ow well. A++

I ordered some Logitech 2300 speakers from Provantage. They were VERY cheap. The S&H was a bit pricy [the same price everywhere], but even with the added shipping it was still cheaper than everywhere else. The reason S&H was so much was due to the weight of the speakers themselves.  
 
I ordered them on a Sunday (9/18/05). The order was submitted and shipped the next day (9/19/05). I then received the speakers on Wed (9/21/05).  
 
I will be ordering from them again soon.

unique item I wanted in stock, read up on them from Resellerratings.com and decided to take a chance on a new vendor. Very glad I did. Fast Purchase/process/ and ship. Bad experience with UPS, and I wish that Provantage offered FedEx, a much more reliable shipper, but they are great to deal with. Will definately use again

After writing such a bad report concerning a very bad experience with Adoroma Camera, I thought it only fitting that I write just as well when something good and right happens. Although the order did not involve much (one NEC FE992 monitor), I can't help but think that this company would be just as proficient on a large order as well. I placed the the order on the 1st of August and received the item on the 4th of August. I never once had to call concerning anything on the order form, and as a matter of fact, the price was so low for this item ($166.44)that I thought I was getting refurbished goods or something other than new. The product came factory fresh, sealed, brand spanking new. They notified me of shipping information every day, and just did a darned good job on the service they provided. I can only hope that the next time I need a product for my home or business that Provantage is the company which has it, so I can experience this kind of e-commerce success again.

They were inexpensive and delivered my cable in a couple of days. I will use them again.

I ordered a Sony camera case on a Sunday night and since Provantage does not process orders until the weekdays, I was expecting to receive my order in about 10 days. To my surprise, they reviewed my order the next day (Monday) and shipped it out the same day. I received my order Tuesday morning at 10am. They are SUPER FAST!!!!! I pretty got my order in one day. I would definitely buy from Provantage again.

Processed, shipped, and notified shipped quickly each time. S&H is high depending on warehouse shipped from, but total cost is typically under competitors with higher price, lower S&H.

I ordered a 44" roll of Epson Luster paper to be sent to New Zealand. Provantage let me know the goods needed to be sent to their international shipping warehouse, which could take a few days. I was then notified the goods had been dispatched whereupon I received them a few days later. Excellent as I was expecting it to taken another week to arrive. Will use again
