Provantage has the best shipping I have ever experienced. I ordered a hauppauge TV tuner on wednesday morning and it was in my hands on thursday afternoon. It cant get much better than that. Prices were very good also. I will buy from them again.

I placed an order for a Kodak Pro 1400 Photo Printer and three 8.5x14 glossy print kits for it on Dec. 6, 2005 at about 9am CST. By 1pm I received an email that my order had shipped. The link to my invoice provided a tracking number for the Fed-Ex ground shipment. Tracking showed an estimated delivery date of Dec. 8th (Memphis to Milwaukee area). This was much better than I had expected!  
 
When the package arrived, I found it only contained the print kits and no printer. The packing slip only showed the print kits and box 1 of 1. I called Provantage to inqure about my order and the printer. The customer service rep was very pleasant and very helpful. She quickly found that the printer was sent from PA and was able to acquire the tracking number for that shipment. They have multiple warehouses, and apparently the computerized invoice system does not show split shipments. According to Fed-Ex tracking, the printer shipped on Dec. 6th and was scheduled to arrive on Dec. 9th - and it did.  
 
Not only does Provantage have one of the best overall prices on this printer and the print kits for it, they shipped fast and customer service was superb. I will be purchasing all future print kits for this printer from them.  

I ordered on Saturday and it came the following Wednesday. No problems whatsoever at this point!

I have no complaints. I ordered an ATI HDTV Wonder PCI card and the order process was smooth as was shipping. I would highly reccomend this seller to anybody, especially since you can save a ton of money through them. This is a $200 card and I got it for $105. Insane. Thanks!!

I ordered toner for my Konica Minolta 2430 DL laser printer. I placed my order at 3:00 PM Tuesday with next day afternoon delivery. By 11:00 AM the next day, I had my order. The price was the best I could find.

I ordered a DC-to-AC power inverter to run my laptop in my car on 10/11/2005. The package was waiting for me when I got home from work on 10/12/2005. I just had the standard ground shipping as well. I've ordered from a lot of good places online, but this is a beat-all... I've never seen such fast shipping in my life. Great price on the product as well. I'll definitely check this place out first when I buy online again.

A tracking number was not provided, but the shipping was so fast I didn't really need it.

I ordered a hard case for my Palm E2 and it was shipped the same day that I ordered it and I received it within 48 hours. The case was just as advertised.

Got the Microsoft Natural Keyboard 4000 from these guys. They were the only site online to sell them for about a week until it came out. Price was the cheapest too. Order came fast, and they always sent me emails to keep me updated. Highly recommend these guys. Only thing i didnt like was there is no price protection guarantee. The price of the keyboard dropped $10 after i ordered and they would not refund it. Ow well. A++

I ordered some Logitech 2300 speakers from Provantage. They were VERY cheap. The S&H was a bit pricy [the same price everywhere], but even with the added shipping it was still cheaper than everywhere else. The reason S&H was so much was due to the weight of the speakers themselves.  
 
I ordered them on a Sunday (9/18/05). The order was submitted and shipped the next day (9/19/05). I then received the speakers on Wed (9/21/05).  
 
I will be ordering from them again soon.

unique item I wanted in stock, read up on them from Resellerratings.com and decided to take a chance on a new vendor. Very glad I did. Fast Purchase/process/ and ship. Bad experience with UPS, and I wish that Provantage offered FedEx, a much more reliable shipper, but they are great to deal with. Will definately use again
