Very impressive, lowest price I could find, even after shipping. Not to mention I got my item the day after I placed the order!

This was my first purchase from Provantage and, much to my surprise, it would have to rank as the quickest shipped order I have experienced. I placed my order on a late Friday afternoon before leaving work and when I checked my email that evening I had received a shipping confirmation and tracking number containing a time stamp within one hour of placing my order. The item, a notebook PC network card, arrived Tuesday morning in perfect condition. Will not hesitate to order from Provantage again.

I needed a new monitor when my 17" CRT began to act flakey. I settled on a 17" Samsung. They had the best price and the shipping was reasonable. I was blown away when the monitor was delivered in one day. They do state on their web-site that they ship from the closest regional warehouse, so I probably have one close to me. It was a pretty painless process and I would order from them again.

Very prompt order processing and shipping. When I placed the order I accidently hit the enter key twice. I immediately realized I had duplicated my order, and just as I reached for the phone to call Provantage customer service, one of their order processing employees called me to confirm if I really wanted to order the same items twice. Within an hour I had been emailed an invoice with a link to tracking numbers. The only glitch on Provantages part was that they only gave me one tracking number when the order actually shipped from two locations. When I received the first item from Fed Ex, I called to let them know the order was incomplete. I was told that the remainder of my order would arrive later that same day by UPS. It arrived about two hours later. I was very satisfied with my experience with this vendor and would gladly do business with them again. Their customer service reps are very personnable, responsive, and easy to reach by phone. Their prices are very competitive overall even though their shipping costs seem a little high. In this case the shipping cost could have been high because the order shipped from two locations.

Awesome service. I ordered a small accessory for my mp3 player, and although the shipping was a little more than I would expect, they got it to me in less than 2 days. Their store and order status checking system is easy to use as well.

I have been a satisfied customer of Provantage since 2001. Prices are usually very competitive. The most remarkable thing about Provantage is the speed of order processing. Most of the time, an order is processed and shipped within minutes of placement. From my location, at least, most orders placed by 5PM arrive at my door the next business day via ground shipment.  
On the down side, their shipping costs are a bit high depending on the items purchased. Because the shipping cost seems to be based on a fixed per-item basis rather than on the weight or bulk of each item, adding small items to an order, such as cables, can rapidly bring shipping costs into excess. Consequently, this is not the best place for buying small ticket items unless fast delivery is required.  
 
I have also noticed recently that the online order status information is not getting updated with the shipping tracking numbers. Hopefully this is a temporary glitch that will be resolved shortly.

Ordered a pair Etymotic Research er-4 for about $185 and shipping. Ordered them on Monday morning and got them in the mail on Wednesday, with the standard Fedex ground shipping. I am very happy with the product and the service!

Ordered a USR Modem on Monday,3/13/06 from Provantage. My first experience with them...  
I knew exactly which modem I wanted, but Provantage had a decently informative site anyway.  
They also had the lowest price I could find on the net. Checkout was easy, and, obviously, secure  
They informed me of the order progress every step of the way, and shipped the product 2 days later.  
I had my modem this Friday, 3/17.  
Will do business with them again....  
 

I ordered a couple of items from them (Griffin Earthumps and a Belkin car charger cable for iPod) and I was extremely pleased with the service. I ordered the products and just a couple of minutes later I got a confirmation, which is normal for any seller. What really made me happy was that the items came the very next day, with standard shipping. I had expected them to ship the day I received the package. What I ordered was very well priced but the shipping was a little higher than what I expected but it was offset by the deals I got. I would definitely recommend.

Had a good price, but more importantly had a nice stock of the router I was ordering. I live in Central, IL and the main feature of ProVantage for me is that they ship out from their various warehouses across the US, my item shipped the same day, and arrived early in the morning the second day. Incredible.  
The router is running well, so I can't say anything about their customer service or return policy, but I am satisfied.

Ordered a Targus Podium CoolPad and a Targus CityGear Miami Messenger Notebook Case on 12/28/05. Items arrived, safe and sound, on 12/29/05!  
 
Prices were the best I could find, even better than Newegg, ChiefValue, Amazon or Buy.  
 
One thing to be aware of is that *many* of their items cannot be returned, even if defective. You would need to deal with the warranty dept. of the manufacturer should something arrive defective.  
 
This wasn't too much of a concern to me, since the coolpad is just a plastic laptop stand and the Targus laptop case is, well, just a nylon case. Neither item had any moving parts...

What more can you ask for? Lowest Price, Fastest Shipping! I ordered a bluetooth mouse and a game controller on 1/3/06 around 9:30am, I received both on 1/5/06 at 1:00 in the afternoon, no kidding! That had to be the fastest shipping ever. Especially when they advertise the shipping was 3-5 day ground. I am Very Impressed.  
Needless to say, I ordered some memory from *cough* zipzoom *cough* at the same time (only because provantage didnt have the type I needed)and they advertise free 2 day, I am waiting still and its 10:30am on 1/6/06

I didn't expect to get my package before Christmas because of how late I ordered it but it arrived there in no time. They have a warehouse in Texas and it took two days to arrive. I am always nervous about ordering from new websites but after the great shipping and also I must add one of the lowest prices I could find on the web , I will be sure to buy from them again. Great job guys.
