I placed an order at 1:38PM. Received email at 1:41PM that order was processed for shipping. Received item next day (shipped regular UPS - no rush service). I have ordered from Provantage a number of times, and am always amazed at how quickly the orders process, ship and are received. I recommend them.

Bought some cables from them a few months ago. Arrived promptly and all worked as described. Purchased a UPS and a raid battery recently. The two items shipped separately (but email indicated one tracking number). They answered my email pretty quickly and gave me the new tracking number.  
 
The BBU was the wrong one for my model (my fault, but the website was missing the proper pics/descriptions), so I had to RMA it. They didn't reply right away to my email request, but when I called I waited less than a minute and was transferred to Holly who was entirely in charge of the situation. Helpful, pleasant, and professional. spoke English natively. (not easy to find these days) The delay was because the distributor was sending the RMA authorization.  
 
So overall they seem like pretty competent, honest folks.

I have order several time's in the past four weeks from Provantage. And ever time my items have came in, without a problem. Keep up the good work.

I selected Provantage because they had the lowest price for the set of speakers I wanted, and reasonable ground shipping rates. I placed my order at 2:04 PM, and found the product on my doorstep at 11AM the next day! I was so excited I went online and wrote this review!

This is my fourth or fifth transaction with Provantage and, once again, it was flawless. On a previous purchase, I made an error and ordered an item that was stated to be non-returnable. Regardless, the customer service rep went out of her way to arrange for a refund. This is a first-class operation in every respect.

Really good vendor. Everything as advertised. I order a MFC 7420 (Brother) and this store had one of the best prices and rating. I have to give them top rating. Delivered on time and as described.

I'm very happy with this transaction. I placed the order yesterday afternoon via their website and received it this morning. This was a very smooth transaction.

I wish I had found this place sooner...as I found a bunch of stuff cheaper than I could've found them anywhere else...  
I only placed a small order for a Wireless Gaming Receiver but I'm glad I searched around and accidentaly found this place off google as I save a few bucks.  
They were very fast in delivering my order as well.  
They have a very large selection of products...maybe too large...I think the site could be organized a bit better, like newegg but it's not a bad organization

Ordered computer memory. Price was good. Shipped fast. Will buy from again.

Unbelievable! We ordered on Tuesday, 10 July and on July 12th Fedex pulled up with the new Imac. This is the best on-line buying experience ever. Price was lower than competition and service was outstanding. Will also rate you at resellerrating.com  

I have been ordering from Provantage for over a year now. Their main office is in North Canton and I am in the Cleveland area. If I place an order before Noon and select ground shipping, I usually get the item the following day if it is in the local warehouse.  
 
I have placed probably over 100 orders with this distributor in the last couple years, the price is always good, the service is excellent. Customer support when I have had the occasion to call has always been prompt courteous and helpful.  
 
I highly recommend Provantage for the corporate buyer.

Ordered 2 Monster HTS 3600 Reference Power centers. Price was only $60 more than others were selling refurb units for. Arrived next day. Great customer service and very fast shipping. Packed very well. No bait and switch, no hard upsells for warrantys.

Amazingly fast, no-nonsense supplier. I thought Newegg was the best till I ordered from these people, they've fedexed and UPS'd me so many items and so fast it is unbelievable. They even Fedex me a DVD player I ordered at no extra charge, something newegg was going to charge me $26 for I got done for $9 bucks and the total was still cheaper than the selling price at newegg.

I have ordered two items; an APC UPS, and a Dell laptop replacement battery. I checked at least 6 places, including Amazon, NewEgg (good folks) and TigerDirect, and Provantage came up with the best overall price and selection both times. The UPS arrived in two days. They e-mail you and keep you informed of the status all the way through. I don't think their shipping is too high, there are plenty of places that will sell you something for $15 or $20 less than anyones else and just make up for it in the shipping. I avoid them.
