Easy to use website with lots of items to choose. Shipping and deliveries are always on time. THE BEST PLACE TO SHOP ONLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  

I have shopped at Provantage a few times and have always been VERY happy with their prices and fast shipping. My last order however I contacted them TWICE via e-mail about a rebate. I never received any response and I have waited over a week now. I am very disappointed with their complete lack of communication. Other than that I would still buy from them again.

Provantage always has provided excellent service, quick shipping and very competitive prices. I've been ordering from them for about 10 years, and I have never had a problem.

Ugh.  
 
I ordered two relatively simple items that were needed for a build thinking that I'd end up saving a few bucks as compared to NewEgg figuring that it would probably get here in around the same amount of time. NE typically gets to me in 1-3 business days depending if it is shipping from the West Coast or East Coast. However, after 2 days they hadn't even provided an invoice for one item and after 15 days they still haven't provided an invoice.  
 
In any case, the first item ended up coming about 6 business days and obviously the second item never came and I ended up having to get it from NewEgg anyways.  
 
The worst part is that when I tried to contact their customer service via e-mail it took them until the end of the second business day before they emailed me back. After sending a reply to the email that was sent to me, it was never answered.  
 
I'm giving two stars since the prices at Provantage were certainly very competitive so if you're not looking for things in a rush and are willing to wait it out, I would say it's not a bad store, but system builders with any kind of deadline at all had better stick with NewEgg or you may get burned like I did.

This company has the best customer service ever. I wish they used paypal, but overall, they were excellent. I was drawn in by their prices, and found out that it was a quality company all around; very efficient... They only downside is there special order items are often difficult to track and take a long time to ship, the stock items, on the other hand, are blazing fast. On the same level if not better than the powerhouse Newegg. Great company!

Excellent product description, best price I could find anywhere, very quick to ship with tracking information emailed to me. Product was delivered as promised with tracking information. All was in perfect condition. Couldn't have had a better experience ordering any product online than with Provantage.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item from ProVantage and found out they have a slick policy that refers you directly to the Manufacturer instead of them on returns. The Manufacturer told me I can only have it repaired or replaced- I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM WHY WOULD I NEED THAT??  
 
Provantage seems to be the middle man where they don't want to deal with returns and neither does the official source the Manufacturer. This is a huge loop hole for a consumer like me to deal with. I have a complaint into Provantage on it now and it will be going to the BBB next if they do not make it right. They should have a no returns policy instead of a misleading one that makes it looks as though the Manufacturer will do so.  
 
3/10/10 Follow Up: Provantage did refund my money on this purchase so I will upgrade my review to reflect this. Their policy is confusing for what happened in my case and unsure if I would buy from them again.

Good price, Fast Shipping!! Product BROKEN!! Had to wait on phone 15 min to talk to someone. Return was auth... with date limitions. They give UPS 5 business days to get me shipping label and I have only 10 calendar days to get the product back to the company. Looks like I will have 1 day to get the product back! Not impressed!

Good price and fast delivery! Provantage did a great job.

I plan to place order for the future's I like it's the service.

ProVantage is one of my favorite on-line vendors.  
The web-site is extremely user-friendly.  
The prices are great.  
The few times that I have needed to contact for a large quantity purchase, the response has been excellent.  
I will continue to use ProVantage. I have and will again recommend ProVantage to others.

My order was shipped promptly, received in good condition and the billing was correct. I had never used Provantage before and was nervous because of that fact...don't be. I would recommend them to everyone. The shipping I thought was a mite high but the lower prices there more than compensated for that. I couldn't find my products with an overall cheaper amount anywhere including ebay and amazon. And the three products work perfectly as good as the ones I paid much more for elsewhere. Exactly the same! Hooray proadvantage!!

Excellent Seller. Good Communication. Shipped quickly and item was exactly as described and arrived in great condition. I will definitely deal with them again.

It is time to rate this company. I have ordered IBM SSD drive; price was good and I choose regular shipping. My order got lost/damage during shipping, so I called customer services for a replacement. They did process the replacement but they did not offer to expedite shipping so I have lost 2 weeks on the order.  
Well, the order before I made on Dec 15, 2009 and I did not received this order till Jan 7. It suppose be Christmas gift.  
 
Pros: good prices, you always pay for shipping.  
Negative: shipping times could be extreme fast or extremely loooong.
