I have been ordering with Provantage for one month. I enjoy receiving my products in a timely fashion, and that the company always have the product on hand. I would recommend Provantage to anyone that has a printing business of their own. I plan to continue ordering from this company in the future. In addition, I plan to let all of my colleagues, friends, and business associates know about them.

Don't believe a word of what you see on their site about their superior ordering and tracking system. I ordered a $200+ microwave and received a confirmation immediately that my order had been received. Two days later I received another message telling me my order had been submitted to one of their regional warehouses for execution. Then... NOTHING. Finally six days after my order I called them to inquire about the status of my order. I was told the item was out-of-stock and would be shipped about two weeks in the future.  
 
This was after their website, AT THE TIME OF MY ORDER, claimed they had four of the items in stock. I then canceled my order and was told I would receive an e-mail confirmation regarding the cancellation. More than two hours later, I had not received such a confirmation, so I went to their website and it showed it still as an active order. I will never order anything from them in the future.

Easy site to navigate. Easy to place order. Very quick at shipping.  
Received order in only five days from order date with excellent tracking of order by Fed Ex.

Easy transaction. I've bought from them before and will again.

Customer service called to inform me my order could not be completed due to lack of address verification. Interestingly, they had processed an order for me 2 weeks ago with no problem. The supervisor refused to call the bank for account ownership verification so I had to cancel the order. Sad for them they lost another customer in this depressed economic situation.

Service was excellent. Delivery on time. You can count me as a client in the future.

My order was processed and delivered in such a short time frame. I will definetly do business with ProVantage again and again.

I ordered a Wacom Bamboo that was listed as "In Stock" on their website. I received an email 3 days later saying it would be shipping from the regional warehouse and would ship 10/12/09, I was upset because it was for a birthday present and now it would be late, but at least it was ordered. I called to confirm that it had shipped out on 10/14 and was informed that the item was discontinued, no one bothered to inform me of this.  
So now I have to go out and find this somewhere, the present is already late and now I'm mad.  
Don't order from them if you can avoid it, especially if you must have it by a certain date. Do not trust the "in stock" label on their website.

i have been VERY pleased with the prices and shipping. I recieved my order quickly and all products have been top quality.

So far, I am VERY pleased with the inventory Provantage has, the timeliness in delivery, and most importantly, the pricing. There have been times where Provantage is $5.00 less on one item, than anywhere else I could find.

PROVANTAGE is a very easy website to navigate. I have used it many times to make purchases and the process is quite simple. In addition, the prices are hard to beat. We have tried different vendors and for the most part, PROVANTAGE is the best.

No required software (CD) provided with the hardware (printer sharing switch). No refund without manufacturing packaging. Manufacturing support asked did I insert the CD. ould not let me  
cancel the order even though the CD was not shipped.  
 
ordered a printer sharing switch. It came without the needed software. Even the written operating instructions state insert CD before hooking up the switch.  
They did not think the switch came with a CD.
