I ordered a Wacom Bamboo that was listed as "In Stock" on their website. I received an email 3 days later saying it would be shipping from the regional warehouse and would ship 10/12/09, I was upset because it was for a birthday present and now it would be late, but at least it was ordered. I called to confirm that it had shipped out on 10/14 and was informed that the item was discontinued, no one bothered to inform me of this.  
So now I have to go out and find this somewhere, the present is already late and now I'm mad.  
Don't order from them if you can avoid it, especially if you must have it by a certain date. Do not trust the "in stock" label on their website.

i have been VERY pleased with the prices and shipping. I recieved my order quickly and all products have been top quality.

So far, I am VERY pleased with the inventory Provantage has, the timeliness in delivery, and most importantly, the pricing. There have been times where Provantage is $5.00 less on one item, than anywhere else I could find.

PROVANTAGE is a very easy website to navigate. I have used it many times to make purchases and the process is quite simple. In addition, the prices are hard to beat. We have tried different vendors and for the most part, PROVANTAGE is the best.

No required software (CD) provided with the hardware (printer sharing switch). No refund without manufacturing packaging. Manufacturing support asked did I insert the CD. ould not let me  
cancel the order even though the CD was not shipped.  
 
ordered a printer sharing switch. It came without the needed software. Even the written operating instructions state insert CD before hooking up the switch.  
They did not think the switch came with a CD.

Provantage is an amazing company to do business with. Not only are their prices the lowest I've found, their service is second to none. Every order I've placed has been filled with accuracy and delivered promptly. I tell everyone I know that they should use Provantage for their business needs.

Ordered this item nearly a month ago. I am a teacher and publish a magazine so I need a printer. Price looked good, but now a month later no printer. This company promises results but does not provide them. They tell me the expected shipping date is 10/2/2009, but that has come and gone with no notice from Provantage. If you want your goods in a timely fashion shop a local store-don't use these guys.

The item was exactly as described and was received witnin 4 days of order. I will use Provantage again for future orders.

I ordered a simple, common, readily available usb cable. I ordered on the 9th of August...Received it today, October 2 by Fed Ex.

I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST SERVICE I'VE RECEIVED SINCE I CAN REMEMBER. THE WEB-SITE WAS EASY TO USE. WHAT I LIKED MOST WAS THAT THE EMAIL NOTIFICATION INCLUDED A DIRECT LINK TO FEDEX SO I COULD TRACK THE ORDER WITHOUT HAVING TO GET ONTO THEIR WEB-SITE AND ENTER THE TRACKING NUMBER. I ORDERED THIS PRINTER AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO JUST STARTED COLLEGE. BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THE FEDEX MAN WAS PULLING UP JUST AS SHE WAS OPENING HER CARDS AND OTHER GIFT, AMAZING!

As always, always, always I am thrilled that I chose Provantage to order my products from last week. They ship fast, they get the order processed internally in minutes, not days, and they never mess the invoicing. I love them with the true and abiding love of a customer that is short of time and needs dependability above every other trait. (Not to say that the prices are bad, because they are awesome). I love Provantage. Really, really, really! You should switch and be happy too.

They even called or had the shipper call me to arrange delivery, and even called me on the delivery day with a reminder.  
All I ordered was a computer case and 2 120mm fans to go in it.  
They'll definitely be added to my "must check" list when looking for computer components.
