Great prices and fast delivery. However, The search engine is very poor and item descriptions are sometimes wrong. I searched using every key word I could think of with no results. I had to go to the Epson site to get the actual catalog numbers before I could find my items. Also, two of the items I ordered had incorrect descriptions. The descriptions listed were for different items. I had to hope that the product numbers were right.

This survey site needs updating, lost links to images is a bit dawnting in this day of automated design tools. But overall I am pleased with the service proved.

I ordered a pedestal Hunter Fan. However, the next day I received an e-mail stating the order was cancelled to no stock available. I was surprised by this as most places won't charge the credit card until the item is shipped. I had to reorder the fan again the next day. This time they had 22 in stock and it shipped out. I ordered this on Friday, May 15th, 2009 and it arrived on Monday, May 18th, 2009. The shipping was very fast and now the fan is assembled and running as I type this. So I guess if you order something and it shows no stock don't order it because the order will be cancelled. Wait until there is stock available.

The prices were the best- ordering was extremely easy- and it was delivered in a few days. The whole process was excellect!!! and I would purchase other items from themin the future.

I ordered an Olympus WS-500M digital voice recorder. It was a newly released item. Quite a few other websites have the product on pre-ordered status so I'm a little bit skeptical that TheNerds.net would have them in stock. However since the price is very attractive ($25 less than Dell), I decided to place an order anyway. Well it arrived in less than a week!  
 
I extremely happy with this purchase. The item arrived quickly and in perfect condition. And the price is unbelieveably good.
