Seamless and speedy transaction. My item arrived promptly, exactly as advertised and in perfect condition. The name puts people off just a bit. In fact, my credit card company called to confirm that I really purchased something from an outfit called The Nerds.net. Despite that, I am completely satisfied and know that I got the best price on the item I purchased.

The price was great. They shipped the order very quickly and it arrived on time. However, there was damage to the packaging which lead to some missing hardware. The parts were easily replaced at my local hardware change for $5. Otherwise, great overall experience.

WARNING: Don't order from this company. I decided to take a chance despite poor reviews. And it's just caused pain, and misery...
Item I ordered was a Gyrotransport Air Mouse that had a $100 rebate, that is now a month overdue.
Rebate processor is indicating "processing", and has no ETA for the rebate to pay out, and no further information. Contacted TheNerds, and they're not willing to do anything to help, eventhough it was their marketing, and promotion that lead me to make the purchase.
As far, as I'm concerned the rebate was part of the contract I made with TheNerds. This review was modified by its author, Milkbone, on

The item is PYLE WOOFER which I bought from the NERDS believing will improve my sound system.
Unfortunately, however, it proved otherwise for many reasons long to explain.
Worst is THENERDS WILL NOT HELP JUST TO EMAIL A PREPAID FEDEX LABEL TO RETURN THE USELESS WOOFER FOR SO MANY EXCUSES.
MAYBE it will help others that to choose the right speakers, to hire or consult profesional speaker technicians to study NERDS WEBSITE ABOUT SPEAKERS before buying. CESDAC

This was one of the easiest orders I have ever made. I found your site on a engine search. Looked at about five different sites. Picked TheNerds.net and was very much pleased with the ease of ordering, all my questions were there to be answered and the price was not only competitive, but actually much better than any of the rest. The good: price, order process, quickness at which I received my order.
The bad: search engine, item description wasn't full enough.

Ordered a TV Stand on 5-27-09 at 11:54am and paid for rush processing. Have called twice and they cannot provide any tracking information. It is now morning of 5-29-09 and still no shipment tracking information. If shipment information/predictability is important I would not use TheNerds.net. I will say that they have been professional on the phone and did seem to have good prices.

Don't order from this company. I decided to take a chance despite poor reviews. I ordered a clock radio 3 days ago for $129 with 3 in stock. 3 days later, they cancel my order because it is "out of stock" yet they still show 2 of the items in stock (exact item # & photo) but now with a new price of $145. They have charged my credit card so I now have to wait for a refund. Apparently they don't want to honor their first price so they are canceling the order. This is not right..

I returned the keyboard tray because it was a little too bulky to fit under my desk. I got a credit notice promptly from theNerds.net that they had received the returned product and that my PayPal account would be credited within 10 business days. After 14 business days I still had not gotten my refund, so I called their customer services dept. The refund came through later that day.

Very prompt shipping and the prices are unbeatable. I always use to purchase my business office supplies from Staples but now that I found The Nerds there's no way I'm going back to Staples! Thanks Nerds!
