Bought a HON Stationmaster desk. They had the lowest price with the cheapest shipping. The order was processed the same day and arrived at my home the next morning. Wow! Very satisfied with my very first purchase from thenerds.net. Will definitely consider them again in the future.

Ordered item on a Saturday. Received the item the following Wednesday. Item was exactly as described. And the price was by far the cheapest I could find anywhere. I will be using The Nerds again.

I received a notice today that the laptop I ordered yesterday is out of stock and my payment was refunded. However the laptop I ordered is still available on the site (and has been updated to show there are still 56 in stock), but the price has been raised by over 4600%!

This was my first order from "TheNerds.net". The site was easy to use and the ordering process was as well. Certainly I will buy from them again.

I purchased a TV Turntable (swival base) for my 26" TV at an awesome price. I ordered the product on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday June 3rd. NOW THAT IS EXCELLENT SERVICE!! This was the first time I had ordered from this company and it will definately not be the last. Keep up the good work and great customer service.

Great. Lowest price I could find, plus everything came on time and as promised. This is what I would expect. I would use TheNerds again. (It came so quickly that my husband opened his Father's Day present early!)

Good: Order shipped and delivered quickly. Price lower than Amazon.  
 
Bad: Item (Flip UltraHD camcorder) had obviously been opened. Merchandise is supposed to be new in the box. TheNerds responded to the initial review saying they would issue a small credit. We have no record of receiving the credit.

I ordered a Bell'o TV stand. It arrived within a week. Excellent price. Would buy again from this seller.

The premium notebook (HP Vivienne Tam edition) I ordered was delivered promptly and at a competitive price. However, the serial number on the notebook disagreed with that printed on the box by Hewlett Packard, thereby raising a question as to whether the unit had been re-packaged and was in fact not new. TheNerds promised me they would investigate and offer a replacement or refund, but failed to respond to subsequent messages from me. The transaction has left me skeptical and less than satisfied.

I made a huge mistake and ordered Panasonic phones from these guys. On the first page there is a small notice of limited returns. I completely missed it when I ordered. After the opening page no more warning. I have to take part of the blame but when the phones I ordered got here they would not work. I couldn't even get a response to my e-mail for help. I waited a week or ten days and called and was told that a return authorization would be issued. No such thing happened. That was two weeks ago. A call today gets the response that I can return for a 30% restocking fee and a Nerds credit for the balance. No more Nerds for me and this is a rip.

The prices were the best I found and my order arrived promptly. I wish I had been provided the tracking info from FedEx so that I would have known it was being delivered. I had to wait over the weekend.

Great price compared to other vendors. No issues with shipping...delivered as promised. The product ordered was a Sanus center speaker mount (designed to hang below Big Screen) I made some minor mods and placed speaker above Big Screen. Works great and solid mount. The hardware provided was made of steel and all critical bolts included nuts with nylon insided to prevent loosening over time.
