This morning I read your email. In your email you said I will
get one of the item today. I didn't expect to get anything
today because when I received your (automated) email with
tracking info, your site had one tracking number. I thought
everything was in that package, and was expecting to receive it
on Dec 3. I wish your tracking info email had told me something
like "only item XYZ was shipped"
*Why? because I had to call home to get someone to stay home to
receive the package.
If I didn't email you a complaint, and you didn't tell me, I
wouldn't know a separate package is coming today.
I know your tracking email said something about "order may be
sent from separate warehouses, may cause your packages to
arrive at different times."
If, every time another package is sent, an email would be sent,
so I know something is coming. (I know it is not a
requirement). Or at least, on the tracking email you sent, say
something like "only item XYZ is sent this time". So that
alerts me to keep on checking back.
I can't tell what was shipped from the tracking numbers.
1)Today, I got my charger.
2)Monday I will get one more? Please provide me the tracking
number. **I need to call UPS and have them deliver with the
Tuesay item so I don't have to have a person be in for both
days. Thanks!
3)Tuesay (Dec 3)I will get another one... I got the tracking
info on your email notification.
4)The recharegable battery was the one you cancelled due to out
of stock reason.
You can forward my email to your operation's head person, or
the system design head person and see what they say. Since this
is not your part, I guess. I like to see what their responses
will be.
2)I receive your email with tracking info on Nov 22, 02, and
received your email of "one of the item is out of stock and
credit it given" on Nov 25, 02. You are right, the next
business day, it's just on my side, 2 days.
I still believe I should receive an email if one of the item
was out of stock, and ask if I want to rest of the order. After
all, who wants to order just the camera, charger, disk, but no
rechargeable battery? How many people don't bring a
rechargeable battery with them when they go out to take
pictures?? Sure, you could say it doesn't need the rechargeable
battery for the camera to work. So if you are taking digital
photos on a trip, don't bring another rechargeable battery when
you go!
Your site offers a very good price. I rather spend a bit more
and get everything at once. I spend time to look for a merchant
who has all the items I wanted before I order, it's just a
waste of my time when they are still out of stock at shipping
time. I will let others judge. :<
Thanks for your offer on the "out of stock" item......Let me
get the other items first.
