I ordered over 2k worth of components at great prices on Aug 14th. It took a day to get everything together and I received an email confirmation that it was ready. Cannot find a single complaint about this place except they had everything I wanted therefore I'm that much poorer. I'm definitely coming back for more!

Would not honor Pricewatch posting. Owner did not state cause of purported error. He said to refresh the page but the price was still there. Shipping is $11 for four sticks of Oem Ram. Since this is a very limited experience I would not place too much emphasis on it. Thanks

I ordered my EPoX 8K3A mobo from here after a bad experience with Z-Buy. The site was easy to use and I got an immidiate confirmation email. 5 hours later I got an e-mail from them informing me that the item is actually out of stock and that what they had thought was in stock was actually a returned defective mobo and that they weren't going to charge my credit card because they aren't ordering any more. I appreciate the fast response to the out-of-stock issue and highly reccomend this store to anyone!

i ordered an Abit Siluro GF4 Ti4200 pretty cheap without any problems from these guys. so far the card works absolutely flawlessly just like the reviews say it does (heh ;p) and i'm a VERY satisified customer =) shipping was a little slow, but i ordered it during the fourth-of-july week, so, naturally, everyone was taking a break. no problems whatsoever with the packaging or anything else, though. i highly recommend these guys to anyone who's curious about buying from them.. no reason to hesitate here; i would and probably will buy from them again in the near future.

Ordered various items and shiping package was the standard -good. The motherboard I ordered was out of stock. But here is what makes the difference, they called me and asked me if I wanted to wait for the next shipment they expected or order a different motherboard. I preferred to wait.  
UPS delivery is a different story when the regular route driver takes a vacation and the sub driver can't find your house!,lol. But thats a UPS issue not Mark One.  
I had an excellent business exchange with Mark One. Keep up the good work guys!

Average - but has good selection and fair/low prices. I have placed multiple orders for several $k over >1 year, and continue to do business with them.

Machine came just as I requested it. CPU could've been slightly better packaged -- IT WAS PACKED BY THE "INDUSTRY STANDARD" STYROFOAM END COVERS; DON'T THINK IT WAS SHODDY! EVERYONE DOES THIS! -- but UPS banged it up a bit, cracking a bit of the plastic and unseating the modem. But, I got a cheap case with a big plastic thing on it. So, it's to be expected. I could claim it with UPS I suppose, or maybe even return it to M1, but it's not visible and it's not really a problem. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with them -- their shipping status on their website is particularly nice -- and I will order from them again.

Well i like Mark One a lot simply because, they are there when i need support. Maybe some prices are not the lowest, but you pay and you get a very good service! And sometimes thats the most important thing if you are buying a lot of hardware.

Have ordered many items for a couple of years from Mark One. Always had what they said was in stock and always shipped within a couple of days. Their prices are always among the lowest around and they've got a large selection. Only had a problem once, it wasn't even their fault, and it was taken care of with one phone call. Am ordering parts for another computer from them today, and will continue to do business with them.

This is a great company. I ordered products from them on March 29th, the shipping order was in my mail box the next day, and the packages arrived exactly as planned. I have no problems in doing business with them again. As a matter of fact, I'm going to order something from them today (a video & sound card).

I was having problems with a Voodoo 3 in my new Athlon 1800XP system. Mark One had a good price on the Abit Siluro GF3 TI200. I received the card 3 days later, well packaged. Everything arrived quickly and in good working condition.

Picked up a Abit Siluro G3Ti 200 for 149 plus shipping. Great price and selection, customer service could be a bit more friendly though. The box came neatly enclosed with great packaging inside as well.

Mark One is one of the few Vendors that stocks the Afreey 56X CD-Rom, which at this time is a very highly rated CD-Rom. I also ordered a Teac Floppy. Both arrived on time, but I was really impressed with their packaging. Both Floppy and CD-Rom were packaged seperately in bubble wrap and then peanuts were also used in the box. You could tell extra time was taken to ensure my items arrived safely. I would definatley order from Mark One again.

I ordered a CDRW from this company at 9am on a Thursday. They informed me of an address problem with my credit card at noon on Friday, 27 hours later. They were the first online vendor to have this problem with my card. About 20 min later I replied that the problem was fixed. Later that day I tried to check on my order and all I could do was leave a message. Monday morning I try checking on my order again, and all I could do was leave another message. No one ever returned my calls. When I finally talked to someone that afternoon, I canceled the order, and the guy didn't even care to know why I was canceling it. This company strikes me as being run by one guy out of his apartment, or something just as low scale. I also noticed that the shipping shown on ibuyer.net, the site that linked me to this company, was about $4 cheaper than what I was charged on the site. The shipping was higher than advertised, the selection was average, who knows how long shipping would have taken, and the customer service was simply not there. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
