I placed an order July 5 for a motherboard and CPU combo. Yes, it did take a while for me to recieve it (on the 15th) but that was in part due to UPS ground shipping that took 5 days. The CPU and motherboard work great, I have no complaints about this company.

My first order they said they had problems processing the card, and then the one of the parts was out of stock. So they upgraded me to the next higher priced "at cost". Strange thing is, they did the same to others I have sent to them, plus this last order, which I did cancel. Bait and switch is not my way to do business.

I was happy with the initial order but once I got my stuff I was not a happy camper. the customer support were rude and got frustred at me over the phone. and when I decided to return my product there RMA department sucks they lost my package at first and it took them 4 months to refund the money

This has to be one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with. They got the money from me on Saturday 23,2002 and i have yet to get my parts. They haven't even sent them to UPS or i would be able to track it. I have called 2 times and 3 emails, I would recommend them on the condition that you want your order delayed and lied to.

No problems but the company is fairly rough around the edges. Did not e-invoice correctly (due to the way they handle upgrade options on orders) and stated that the paper invoice would be correct, but when the shipment arrived there was a slip saying invoice is online! When I asked about this C/S was testy/rude.  
Other that this, no problems.
