I bought some new RAM from these guys a few weeks ago, and feel obligated to report on them here. This company has EXCELLENT service. Due to my own mistake of not reading the description carefully, I bought the wrong type of memory for my old computer. (high-density instead of low-density) As soon as I emailed them about it, the order dept. instantly responded. They had already researched my computer's specs in detail and told me the exact type of memory the motherboard could use. Several options for exchanging were also provided, and they let me exchange for whatever I wanted at no extra cost. (besides shipping and the difference in price, as low density memory is legacy and always more expensive than more common high density) The product exchanged for even had free shipping! The order dept. and Jenny kept corresponding with me via email to make sure the right memory was sent until the exchange was complete. It delivered much faster than advertised, and installed painlessly. The new memory (2GB) works perfectly and my machine is a lot more responsive now. PartsPC has been in business for a long time, and it's probably due to their great service. Would buy from them again, and so I'm recommending them here.

All the parts worked great. I have ordered from here several times and have had not problems at all.

I originally ordered the wrong memory by mistake, so I contacted PartsPC and let them know that I needed to exchange it. I thought that there were going to be problems since I think I was just outside of the 10 days, but I was wrong. They emailed me the RMA# the same day. They are very easy to get in contact with, so there is little to no waiting over the phone. I mailed the memory back to them, paid the difference to get the correct memory, and in return they mailed me the replacement memory. Overall,I had a great experience with PartsPC, especially working with Jenny, and I look forward to doing business again when the time comes for upgrading. Thanks again PartsPC.

I ordered a motherboard/cpu combo with an upgraded cpu fan on a Friday. The order was shipped that afternoon and I received it the following Thursday. I received exactly what I ordered and everything worked perfectly. Price was the best around. Not sure if it would have mattered, but I avoided ordering RAM from here based on previous reviews.

My PC's motherboard had a major failure so I turned to PartsPC to help me put together a suitable mobo combo. They set up the board, tested it and got it to me in only 3 days! My system was back up and running and better than ever. I cant thank them enough for the great service.

Ordered my memorey on Monday, received it on Thursday and installed it that day. Every thing works great and will buy from PartsPC again. Great service and cheap prices. Will recommend them to anyone who needs upgrade or replacement parts. Great job guys. Thanks

I have to say that they are most pleasant to work with, I had two customers cancel and Partspc took the shipment back without any argument. They were fast and pleasant and I plan to cuntinue any busnesss with them.

Ordered an Intel Moboard combo with memory and a case. I'm using my old video card and drives. I paid to have them set it up and test it. I ordered it on Saturday and got it Friday afternoon shipped UPS ground from CA to TN. Everything works great and I am very satisfied. I have ordered from them before and would do buisiness with them again.

Two orders successfully delivered as promised. No problems at all. Their prices are excellent and I've had no problem getting answers to my compatibility questions. My only criticism is that shipping could be faster. They ship UPS Ground, and it took 13 days for both my orders to arrive. However, you can upgrade to faster shipping by paying big money. This is a VERY REAL review. I am a happy customer and will be returning for all my needs.

PartsPC either has raving fans or big complaints - mainly regarding returns. Before I purchased from them, I did lot of research - what I needed where to buy & prices. I researched different companies and chose partspc. I read terms on wesbite read as many reviews as I could. To me spending $2000 is not small change.  
After reading reveiws, I called them few times, and when felt comfortable I placed the order.  
I dont think when they called it was bait and switch, because they actually suggested better hardrive which was on their site for same price. They called to confirm information and ask if I needed any help or anything else before they ship order out since it was big order.  
System I received is working fine. When ever I had called them they were good. Couple of times I was on hold for 5-10 minutes, but who ever came did their best to give me as much information as I asked.  
 
I asked them about negative reviews I saw here. Answer the service persson gave was - They deserve it sometimes, but they do best to do what is reasonable, but cannot keep everyone happy. They are trained to do what ever they can within terms and conditions but also be helpful. Unfortunately many times they can not help and then they get negative feedbacks. I suggest before you place order, call them and see how you feel

I ordered a P4 cpu/motherboard/fan combo. I received a confirmation call within minutes of placing the order online to verify the items I ordered and the shipping information. (they also used the call to suggest some upgrades, but I'm not complaining)I received 3 email confirmations of the order and shipping status. Items were packed well and shipped free via fedex ground. All items were as descibed and worked properly. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would do business with them again.  

I ordered some processor & motherboard combo's from them, and they were here within 2-3 days, and worked perfectly. These guys rock, and are very friendly!  
Will definately be doing business with them again.
