Wow. SVC outdid themselves this time. Ordered one small tube of Arctic Silver MX-2 thermal grease. SVC offered free shipping (via parcel post, 2-9 day delivery), on top of a GREAT deal. Boy was I shocked when it arrived two days later, and I live halfway across the country!!!  
 
SVC exceeded my expectations as far as price, services offered (free shipping and they even sent me a delivery confirmation number which I wasn't expecting for a parcel post package). I will definitely use SVC again!!!!

Recently I placed my first order with SVC. I was immediately struck by the prompt and complete return of order information and shipping details along with tracking information.  
 
The parcel arrived, well packaged and well within the timeframe suggested. On unpacking the order though I discovered that the manufacturer had erred in failing to pack all of the required items in the sealed box. Hoping that I would not have to return the whole unit to SVC because of the manufacturers oversight I immediately called SVC and left a message outling the problem and asking how it might best be resolved.  
 
Very shortly thereafter, I received a return call from SVC who listened to my account of what was missing. It just so happened that they had on hand, a replacement for the piece that was missing. The caller very cheerfully offered to have that part sent on its way immediately by mail to me.  
 
This kind of customer service tells me that SVC is intent on keeping their customers satisfied! I will therefore, become a returning customer and will recomment SVC to anyone looking for a good supplier.

I bought the 120MM case fan filters. The filters are great. The price was low. I paid 3 times the price locally for the exact same thing. My order was received in 2 days. That's fast shipping!! Great store. Will buy from again.

Great Customer Service! One of the parts of my order was missing (things happen...) so I called and was offered a refund to allow me to buy the part from another reseller, plus shipping! They even offered to order it for me in my name.

Pros  
 
- The "Search" function works very well. Site is well organized and it's very easy to find what you are looking for.  
 
- Fast shipping. Ordered on Sat, shipped on Monday. Even if it's super saver, it arrived at my doorstep on Wed.  
 
- Shipping fee is not per item. It's actually calculated based on the gross weight of whole order. This is really a pros if you are ordering multiple items (or multiple quantities). And you can play with the shipping charge a bit by adjusting the quantity, making sure you are satisfied with the final shipping fee.  
 
- You are able to calculate the shipping fee before logging in. This is awesome because you know exactly how much you are paying upfront; instead of going thru all the payment info/shipping info steps and then on the last page, the mysterious shipping fee is finally revealed...  
 
- Love the large screenshots and detailed description, specification, etc.  
 
- All items are well packed in a box, just like one of those top online computer stores (you know which ones I am referring to). Not like some of the other computer stores that ship stuff in an bubble envelop or plastic bag... I hate those because they offer zero protection...  
 
Cons:  
 
- If you are just ordering one or two items, shipping fee could be quite haunting.  
 
- Can't think of anything else!!  
 
Suggestion:  
 
- It'd be nice if newsletter could include some promo codes few times a year during holiday seasons such as Christmas or thanksgiving. For instance, a free shipping promo code would be nice!  
 
- Would be great if we are able sort the "search results" by "Price", or "Name", or "brand", etc.

Just to try them out, I ordered something small. It was late Wednesday night. And, 2,000 miles later (as the crow flies), I got it in Friday's mail!  
 
SVC's quick shipping combined with U.S. Mail speedy delivery is a knock-out. SVC is 10x faster than Newegg for ordering similar items.

My experience with SVC was beyond excellent. They had the best price on the product I wanted but after I ordered it they discovered they had no more stock. Instead of callously canceling my order they politely e-mailed me with an apology and a $10 coupon off any purchase at their store. Above and beyond if you ask me. So I ordered a different model yesterday with my $10 off coupon and surprise, it's here today. Ordered it yesterday afternoon. That amazes me. The whole experience has been wonderful, it is so rare to be treated with respect by retailers. They obviously understand what it means to value a customer. They've got my business from now on.

I can see why they have such a high rating. I ordered a video cooler on 4-27 and had it in Tennessee 2 days later with Priority Mail shipping, Now that's service. It didn't hurt that they had the best price on the web for the item I wanted. As a 50 something codger that frequently uses the web for purchases I can tell you SVC service is top notch. Hard to go wrong with Silicon Valley Compucycle.
