I have placed between 20 and 30 orders with SVC.com over the past few years. I have always received EXCELLENT service from them. I used to live in San Jose and appreciated the fact that I could pick up items at their will-call. I am now out of the area and have to have items shipped to me. They have always shipped the same day, and packaged the items very well (much better than that egg store!) I have also had to return items on several occasions and was never hassled. Excellent selection of computer parts, components, wires, and fans. Fair prices and reasonable shipping fees and delivery time. I found their staff knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely shop with SVC again.

SVC has been my retailer of choice when it comes to fans, cases, and other accessories for several years now. They have always provided excellent service and they don't soak me on shipping like other retailers do when it comes to shipping to Hawaii.
Ordering on website was simple and straightforward. Order was filled quickly. Using free shipping, order was received within two days! First class company!
Small item order (rubber fan mounts), but a a great discount with free shipping. I ALMOST didn't order since it said Parcel Post shipping which typically takes forever, but I did, and was very pleasantly surprised to see it come within 2-3 days all the way to Chicago, and was sent by First Class mail (FREE). Great deal and great service!

Item was shipped quickly. When it arrived, I discovered I'd made the wrong purchase, and needed to order a replacement part to make it fit. I called SVC and explained the situation; I wasn't expecting much, since I was entirely at fault. The SVC rep shipped me the parts I needed promptly, charging a bare minimum price. He was also courteous and understanding.

Ordered June 1st. Came through the door on the 4th. Exceeded my expectations with processing and shipping.
Very low prices, shipping and costs. I only bought a few connectors and looms but it all seems to be quality. Every item was in it's own bag. Great deal. This is my new favorite site. A++
Wow. SVC outdid themselves this time. Ordered one small tube of Arctic Silver MX-2 thermal grease. SVC offered free shipping (via parcel post, 2-9 day delivery), on top of a GREAT deal. Boy was I shocked when it arrived two days later, and I live halfway across the country!!!
SVC exceeded my expectations as far as price, services offered (free shipping and they even sent me a delivery confirmation number which I wasn't expecting for a parcel post package). I will definitely use SVC again!!!!
Recently I placed my first order with SVC. I was immediately struck by the prompt and complete return of order information and shipping details along with tracking information.
The parcel arrived, well packaged and well within the timeframe suggested. On unpacking the order though I discovered that the manufacturer had erred in failing to pack all of the required items in the sealed box. Hoping that I would not have to return the whole unit to SVC because of the manufacturers oversight I immediately called SVC and left a message outling the problem and asking how it might best be resolved.
Very shortly thereafter, I received a return call from SVC who listened to my account of what was missing. It just so happened that they had on hand, a replacement for the piece that was missing. The caller very cheerfully offered to have that part sent on its way immediately by mail to me.
This kind of customer service tells me that SVC is intent on keeping their customers satisfied! I will therefore, become a returning customer and will recomment SVC to anyone looking for a good supplier.
I bought the 120MM case fan filters. The filters are great. The price was low. I paid 3 times the price locally for the exact same thing. My order was received in 2 days. That's fast shipping!! Great store. Will buy from again.
