I used to live in San Jose and appreciated the fact that I could pick up items at their will-call. I am now out of the area and have to have items shipped to me. They have always shipped the same day, and packaged the items very well (much better than that egg store!) I have also had to return items on several occasions and was never hassled. Unbelievably fast shipping. I ordered at 4:30 PM Eastern, and they shipped at 8:00 PM Eastern the same day! They gave me a GREAT bulk price on case fan extension cables. This was my second time ordering from SVC, and now I'm sure it won't be my last.
