Extremely easy online ordering, even called and spoke to a living person!! :) Product came in 2 days as promised and everything not only worked but surpassed my expectations for performance.

Ordered 5 Blue LED fans through SVC. I had previously ordered the same type of fan a few weeks earlier and liked it so much, I wanted to replace my 4 main 80mm fans in my case.  
 
When I got them, they blinked. My old ones did not blink and on the site it does not say they blink. Since I'm local, I called up the store, the guy told me that the ones that glow are actually the defective batch, but he is trying to get the last of the defective ones because people like those better.  
 
He said to contact him first week of August to see if he had any in and I could exchange them. If not, he'd give me a full refund.

Sound card came and everything is fine. My second order form this company.

I ordered a Micron 256MB PC2100 module. Product arrived DOA. Took over 3 weeks before betting a response from customer service representative. One week later, RMA was processed and WRONG product was sent. Given a PC1600 module instead of original PC2100. Either deceitful or incompetent!

POSITIVE - I've ordered the Vantec Iceberq copper kit and the ThermalTake Crystal Orb (both great chipset coolers) at a great price each compared to other stores. They've shipped it the same day (Wed.) that I've ordered via USPS priority and the package came three days later (Sat.). Definately a great store.

Ordered Athlon heatsink and Artic Silver 3 thermal paste. My order was shipped quickly and was packed well, I would order from them again.

Ordered round cables, hs, arctic III, Flor Light kit, some case fans, and a raidmax 288 aluminum case. Email response was very quick. I had a last minute change of order (before my credit card was charged) and they dealt with it quickly and replied with an email stating that the change was made. Although the shipment arrived on time, I did notice that a silver rounded cable was missing. I contacted SVC via email and was taken care of kindly and apologetically. It was not until a day later when I noticed a blue cable (a different cable) that I ordered was actually a 24" rather than the 18" that I ordered. Since the cable length was not an entirely critical factor, I let it slide. Other than that, the service was very prompt and courteous. The prices were fair (for certain things; i.e. round cables, flor light, case, etc). I'd be happy to business with them once my bankroll is refilled. :)

Solid prices and dependable, good ordering process, reasonable shipping.  
 
I had some questions about their Samsung PC2700 memory, such as the part number of the chips, the PCB used, etc. I recieved a response from Rodney Wang several hours later with everything I needed to know, which later turned out to be completely true.  
The GC68 heatsink is a real value, and now I'm ordering an AGOIA 1600.

I've ordered a couple of times from these guys and I like the way the run their business. Shipping is some of the cheapest on the 'net. I've ordered a couple of coolers and a bunch of fans from this place and all are excellent. Even the house brand cooler GC68 performs great on durons and is really quiet. The only complaint I have would be with the samsung memory I bought, a 256MB PC2700 stick -> turned out to be worthless. Only runs and stock speeds. Oh well. This is one of the last retailers still shipping Aureal cards - remember those? Great Reseller, recommended.

I purchased a set of round IDE and floppy cables from them. They processed and shipped superfast. The item delivered in 2 days.

purchased rounded cables from this company. Great prices, low shipping cost, and timely delivery. The package they came in was rather beat up, but I dont think it was the USPS's fault for that one.

They have the best prices around and kick ass service.
