I ordered a case and several small items from them...  
 
The case price was about 15% lower than Egg..I spoke with them and they were very helful and extremely polite!  
 
The shipping was slow, six days to receive the case and seven for the other package..  
 
Not a major issue, this we are not on deadline...  
 
$29.oo bucks for shipping was a little high, considering that the case weight was only about ten pounds and the other item about a pound...

Great customer service. We purchased a tower case and unfortunately the wrong case was sent to us. No problem. After a simple call to them, they had the shipping company come pick up the incorrect tower and they sent out the correct tower, all within 24 hours. Thanks SVC!

This was the first time I ordered from SVC. I ordered a GPS and it was almost DOA. After contacting the Co the kind person said, "No problem, pack that sucker just by itself and get it back to us, We'll get a replacement back out to you, the RMA is on its way to your eMail as we speak." I needed an 18" SATA II cable which Dell quoted $25 including tax & shipping and I was able to get the same cable I needed from SVC for $3.99 all in AND it arrived in 2 days! Awesome vendor!

Ordered a case fan on Monday afternoon and got it Wednesday afternoon. Since I obviously can not measure right, it was the wrong fan - my fault. I called Thursday morning, talked to sales rep who found the fan I actually needed and helped me place my order. He evened offered me a return number so that I could return it, even though it was my fault. Received that fan today (Saturday) and it works great. I can't remember the last time I received such great service. I'll be calling them the next time I need parts for my computer.

This is the second order I've placed with SVC, and must say that my experience with them has been excellant. They are prompt with their communications and deliveries. I find their pricing and delivery charges reasonable, and the quality of the merchandise quite good for the price. I will definitely continue to do business with them.

This is not the first time I purchase from this fine establishment, I’ve purchased several times, and I have to say that each time is a pleasure to do so! Communication and service is great, so are the products and shipments! I wish all companies were as great and convenient as this one is!

I bought Artic Silver ArtiClean ($5.99) and SHIN-ETSU G-751 thermal compound ($3.99). And it qualified for free shipping. Nowhere else could I buy both of these inexpensive products and get free shipping. The shipping was fast, It shipped out on the 27th, and it was in my mailbox on the 28th.
