I purchased Kaspersky Internet Security 3-User License last January 2009 and thought I had gotten a great deal. However the shipping & handling for the following paperwork and key was excessive. They mailed a Packing Slip with the key – no price shown and should have been charge a .42 cent stamp but was billed $7.00 dollars plus. I had no problem downloading my new version of Kaspersky but this past month I got an ugly warning box stating “ Attention! Your key has been blacklisted. … If you are using a pirated version of our software, please purchase the license.” I had a few not so nice thoughts. Anyway after contacting Kaspersky they explained some vendors are selling product keys for the overseas version of Kaspersky which they are not authorized to do and in the end you become the victim. So if it’s not in the box beware of the great deal! I would like to see the S&H returned along with credit plus prorate the remaining two months. I guess we’ll see how well they do when asked but I’m not real happy about how this worked out.
