Last Cyber Monday, I have been surfing for the lowest price for LN52b750 throughout the web retailers. Finally, I found some great site called “Beach Camera.com”. They had the lowest price that other retailers could not match. After reading all the reviews, I made a decision to buy the TV from them. They shipped almost immediately with the email confirmation that they have shipped the item. Next few days later, unfortunately, I have received the TV that had been damaged during the shipping process. Then, I contacted customer service for a replacement, and Isaac, the Supervisor of the Beach Camera, called me for an apology right next day. A few days later, the shipping company came to pick up the damaged TV and brought a new LN52B750. I was very happy with the quick response, and they really care for their customers. Now, I am definitely sure that I will be using Beachcamera.com for other purchases in the near future. Anyone, who is looking for some trusted on-line retailers, I do highly recommend them. Ordered a Nikon D-90 body from their eBay store. Was extremely pleased. I ordered it on Saturday,November 28 and received it on Tuesday, December 1.Beach Camera is a great place to purchase camera equipment. Highly recommended!

I recently bought a Samsung LCD TV from Beach Camera which had the lowest price for the model I was looking for. It shipped almost immediately and arrived within 3 days of my order. Unfortunately, it had been damaged in shipping and arrived with a completely destroyed lcd screen. I contacted Nancy at Beach Customer service who reassured me that they would quickly replace the television. The next day the broken tv was picked up and the replacement unit arrived a few days later in perfect condition. I called Nancy back, thanked her and asked for a supervisor. I was transferred to Maurice whom I also thanked for the quick turnaround. I also asked him for an HDMI cable since I had been inconvenienced by receiving, unpacking and setting up me new tv only to find to my great disappointment that it had been destroyed in shipping. Maurice agreed to provide me an HDMI cable in the interests of good customer relations and shipped it immediately. I am very pleased with the Samsung TV and with the service provided by Beach Camera!

I have called thrice regarding my order status all the time customer respresetive of this company disconnected my call. When i order WD Live TV their status was available, but its still showing processing. This week end i am leaving out of USA. I dont know whether they will ship this item or not. Before placing order i have enquired about this company but now i am feeling cheated.

I bought an Olympus E-520 kit with two lenses and added a media card and a battery replacement. I was expecting this to arrive on monday (11/09) but the next fiday (11/06) I recived tha package with everithing just as I ordered. Congaratulations and You got a new loyal costumer. I placed the order on their website the item on Friday November 6, and then I got the package November 10. It was really quick and I was impressed. I also contacted the customer services to ask questions regarding my order, and JOE S was so helpful and very professional. I will definitely come back at beachcamera.com for my next camera purchase! Cheap price, realiable service, and speedy delivery!

I purchased the Panasonic DMC-ZS3 digital camera online from Beach Camera on the evening of Nov. 3. The next day I had a shipping confirmation email letting me know the item had been shipped. It arrived on the 7th. It was an open box special so there were a few very minor tiny scratches on the bottom of the camera. You have to look closely to even see them. I also chose the free shipping option which I thought would slow the shipping process but it did not. I receieved the camera much sooner than I expected and took it to a concert the next day. It is an awsome camera. I would definetly recommend Beach Camera to others.

Ordered on 11/3 the canon T1i plus 2 lenses and received it on 11/5. What an express delivery. In addition, I noticed they had advertised an extra free item (4 GB SDHC) the next day and the CSR Joe was able to add this bonus item into my previous order, even though it was no longer available.

i'm very pleased with both the speed and great communication of this seller. i really haven't taken my "olympus vn-100" digital voice recorder out of the pkg. yet, but trust this seller to make 'things right' if it wouldn't work for some reason. i'm going to read the instructions and have my husband explain its use to me. my doctor suggested buying this because i suffer from severe short-term memory loss.  
from a woman's stand however, i decided to buy this particular model because of the many happy reviews on it, on the 'amazon' site, the very reasonable price, and MOST OF ALL, THE WONDERFUL COLOR OF IT. WHITE WITH RED TRIM. i also own a automatic wrist blood pressure cuff that's the same, exact color.  
i'm slightly bummed out that right after i bought this recorder on 'ebay', it went down in price by $1.00. no big deal but i did notice.

They had the Canon G11 camera listed on their website as "Available" before any other vendor did. I thought "...sure, they are just trying to get me to place a pre-order like everyone else." I decided to give them a call to see what the real story was.  
 
The sales rep said the had 30 cameras that were on their way from the warehouse and they would ship to customers the following day.  
 
Guess what? He was right! My camera shipped the next day.  
 
Great prices + no high pressure sales = a great place to buy camera equipment!
