Ordered on 11/3 the canon T1i plus 2 lenses and received it on 11/5. What an express delivery. In addition, I noticed they had advertised an extra free item (4 GB SDHC) the next day and the CSR Joe was able to add this bonus item into my previous order, even though it was no longer available.

i'm very pleased with both the speed and great communication of this seller. i really haven't taken my "olympus vn-100" digital voice recorder out of the pkg. yet, but trust this seller to make 'things right' if it wouldn't work for some reason. i'm going to read the instructions and have my husband explain its use to me. my doctor suggested buying this because i suffer from severe short-term memory loss.  
from a woman's stand however, i decided to buy this particular model because of the many happy reviews on it, on the 'amazon' site, the very reasonable price, and MOST OF ALL, THE WONDERFUL COLOR OF IT. WHITE WITH RED TRIM. i also own a automatic wrist blood pressure cuff that's the same, exact color.  
i'm slightly bummed out that right after i bought this recorder on 'ebay', it went down in price by $1.00. no big deal but i did notice.

They had the Canon G11 camera listed on their website as "Available" before any other vendor did. I thought "...sure, they are just trying to get me to place a pre-order like everyone else." I decided to give them a call to see what the real story was.  
 
The sales rep said the had 30 cameras that were on their way from the warehouse and they would ship to customers the following day.  
 
Guess what? He was right! My camera shipped the next day.  
 
Great prices + no high pressure sales = a great place to buy camera equipment!

I looked online for the best price on the Canon F/5.6 L USM IS 100-400 lens. It's a great lens and is well-regarded by almost all serious Canon users.  
 
I found two online retailers that had an outstanding price. One was out of stock. The other was Beach Camera. They had it in stock and sold it for the exact price they advertised. I ordered it, and within an hour of payment, it was on a Fed Ex truck. They told me to expect it (the lens) within five to seven days. It arrived to my house 48 hours after payment, from New Jersey to Atlanta. They gave me the tracking number and I followed it (excitedly) online for two days.  
 
Beach Camera gave me an excellent deal, took prompt payment, made immediate shipment, and delivered (through Federal Express) the exact item advertised, in excellent packaging, and to my door in two days.  
 
I can confidently say that my experience with Beach Camera was 100% satisfactory. I have 0% complaints.

I did so much homework looking for a great price on a Nikon D5000. I then did my research for a well regarded internet merchant. I got both from Beach Camera. I read so many reviews, most great, some good, and always a few poor. But I did notice the poor ones were often fixed by customer service.  
Beach Camera did everything they advertise, full US warranty, everything new in box, they advertised that their D5000s were new stock, no recalls...and NikonUSA verified that mine is fine. I ordered this over the Labor day weekend, and I had it on my doorstep the following Saturday.  
Beach Camera is wonderful, I am looking forward to buying from them soon.

So I ordered two of these memory sticks using the storefront for Beach Camera on Amazon.com. I wasn't sure what to expect and whether I should trust them, but everything turned out great. I ordered them on Sept. 7th (Memorial Day) in the evening and I received them today Sept. 12th in the afternoon. This was shipped from the East Coast all the way over here to the West Coast in less than a week with FREE shipping. I'm impressed. If I ever need anything that Amazon.com is out of stock of, or if the prices are better, I'll certainly take a look and order from Beach Camera first.

I ordered a TV that was to be delivered by some company called Manna by 11AM on September 9th. As of the evening of September 10th, it is still on the truck and the drivers phone is supposedly not working. There were all sorts of fees that would apply if we needed to reschedule the delivery, but no consequences for them when they did not deliver. On the website Beach Camera claims to use FedEx or UPS. Don't believe it. Who has ever heard of Manna? Who would order from a company that uses Manna to "deliver" their products?  
Manna finally delivered the TV last night at 930PM. One of their employees brought the TV to our house in his personal car on his way home from work. We are happy to finally have the TV, but this was a very bad delivery experience.

Excellent service over the phone. Friendly and not pushy. Unlike another store I dealt with where they constantly asked me if I wanted a filter, batteries etc...etc... Beach Camea asked me if I needed anything else and that was that. Pay attention other stores...you lose customers that pushing people to buy things they don't want!  
Beach Camera shipped my flash and lens quickly so I'm a very satisfied customer.

I purchased an LHB977 Blu Ray home theater system made by LG from Beach Camera. The unit arrived just as advertised in brand new condition with everything included. Their price was the lowest advertised (Beat even Amazon by $50.00).  
 
There was, however, a big problem with the delivery. The thing came too fast! I didn't expect it just three business days after placing my order and wasn't ready for it quite yet. I won't make that same mistake again the next time I order from Beach Camera (And there will be a next time).
