I just wanted to thank you for an awesome company you guys have and run. I took a chance in writing a memo requesting for gift wrapping upon placing my order (as was a surprise late Christmas gift for my husband), but I really didnt expected the merchandise to be gift wrap since it wasnt part of an ordering option.

Well I was a bit leery after reading some reviews here, but could not pass up the great price. I bought a Microsoft Digital Media 3000 keyboard and this was the best deal I could find on the internet. The order was processed quickly and I received an email confirming my order and it's shipment. Their emails may not be the MOST informative, but they get the job done. The product got here very quickly and I am super satisfied. Great experience with this seller.

I called to confirm Item was in stock and at advertised price. It was, so I ordered online. My shipping address was different than my billing address. I called to make sure everything was in order. I received my item the very next day!
I have ordered a few times from Com-U-Plus and I am very satisfied.

I shopped all over for the Elgato EyeTV 250 plus. Comp-u-plus had the best price, even with almost $10. shipping.
I placed my order with Google Check-out on a Monday evening and it was in my hands on Thursday morning.
One reason why I took a chance on this site (I was not familiar with them) was because I saw that they answered every complaint about them on Reseller.
I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

THIS WAS MY FIRST ORDER FROM COMPUPLUS AND I FOUND THE EXPERIENCE TO BE OUTSTANDING. FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THEIR SALES STAFF, I RECEIVED EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.
THEY ARE ON MY NUMBER ONE LIST NOW AND I'M THANKFUL TO FIND AN HONEST AND REPUTABLE COMPANY AT LAST.

Quite impressed. Ordered Garmin nuvi 750. They took 2 days to process the order then promised it would be delivered within 2-4 days. It was delivered in 4 days as advertised. The price was good too! Can't ask them to do anymore than they promised! Well Done guys!

The product they're shipping didn't work. Now I have to return it to Sony to get it fixed. This is a brand new SOny HDR SR12 camcorder.
Are they sending me malfunctional product or is SOny product bad?

I must say that I too was skeptical of buying from Comp U Plus due to the many dissatisfied reviews I had read.I purchased a Garmin nuvi GPS unit for a lower price than any other online store.I took advantage of the $50 coupon which made it even sweeter.The unit arrived in 3 days and was brand new as advertised.I did have a difficult time getting through to their customer service by phone but email worked just fine.As a bonus,the price dropped $7 the day after I ordered it and they credited the difference without hesitation.I would not hesitate to buy from Comp U Plus again.

I was reluctant to order from Compuplus because of the many 'dissatisfied' ratings. However, they did respond to most of those as well as resolving complaints with the BBB and I decided to give them a try since their pricing was excellent.
Overall, I was quite satisfied with the handling of my order for a Garmin Nuvi 750 GPS. Other than ignoring my instructions to ship UPS or FedEx, I feel they did a good job.
For those who anticipate buying from this company, I suggest you take advantage of their $50. gift certificate by applying for an AMEX card thru the link on their website. You may have to wait a week for approval before ordering, but do not have to use that card or even activate it.

Dissatisfied with their customer service. Upon reporting a problem with the order via email, I received no reply within the 24-48 hr period they state. Upon calling and speaking with a representative, she said she would resolve the problem and then contact me. Two days later I call her back and she forwards me to another incompetent rep. to resolve the problem who cuts me off the line while placing me on hold.
Their shipping policy is only between hrs of 8-5 on weekdays. Everyone works during that time, and to have it shipped to work, you need to contact your credit card company and add another address. Further, they refuse to let the UPS warehouse hold the package if you're not their for delivery and have it sent back to the shipper immediately. Very frustrating.
That being said, they have tried their best to compensate for the difficulties by having it shipped express to me for no charge. I really appreciated their efforts to do that when they didn't have to.

Ordered a Garmin NUVI 760 for $419.99 (best price that I could find from a reputable, HONEST dealer unlike all the other scummy, rip-off places advertising for quite a bit less). Received the unit two days later in CA (on a Saturday!!). Unit is brand new, as advertised, and works perfectly; very happy with the price and the packaging/shipping. Will definitely do business with them again, thanks COMP-U-PLUS!!

They sent me the wrong item and I got a full refund according to google the refund is on the way. I got through to them own the phone. Even through I had to contact them to get the shipping refunded. They also sent me a prepaid label to ship it back to them at no cost. Contacted them through google seems to work better, then contacting them through your own email. I wish they would of let me know that is was a substitute it would of saved them shipping charges. My computer can not handle a hard drive about 40gb without modification.

I ordered a Garmin Nuvi GPS at 2:43pm on 3/6/2008. I placed a phone order because I wanted to make sure that I'll receive my order by next Tuesday. Placing the order was very easy. The rep was friendly. Less than an hour later, they shipped my order and I received it TODAY (I'm in MA and they're in NY, so it wasn't a long distance, but still... very impressive). I would definitely recommend Comp-U-Plus.

We only ship brand new merchandise. This order was cancelled before it was shipped so there's no way customer could claim it was refurbished! |

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a set of headphones from them on Jan 16th with second day delivery. At the time of the order, it was in stock. I checked the order status and it showed that the headphones were shipped on the 17th, however they did not have a tracking number. I waited til the 22nd to check to see if they had a tracking number or if they were delivered, and sure enough they weren't. I waited til Thursday to call customer service. They weren't sure about my order and said they would call back, which they did not. Friday I tried calling, but it seems like customer service takes half days on fridays since they are opened until 12:30 EST. During this time I also noticed that they charged my CC twice, which I talked to the bank to get taken care of since compuplus didn't seem to be very helpful. Anyway, I called Monday (the 28th) to find out what is with my order. They told me that my headphones were out of stock. Never did I get any email or call that they were OOS before. So I canceled my order. Then they called me back 5 min later saying that they had a few in stock, which I declined to take. Now I'm just hoping that my order gets canceled correctly and I don't get charged in the end. Be very careful with Compuplus. I got burnt by them and won't do business with them again.

I placed an order directly on the store on the 21st December, $300 dollars for some nifty DLink wireless access points for our sales team to use demonstrating wireless applications. The product was ordered for priority shipping (International) and was due just after Xmas, give or take a few days I expected it before end of December for priority shipping. 4th January no delivery, no notification of shipping. I emailed their customer service management asking for information or a refund if they were unable to supply the goods. Customer service sent a very terse response just detailing me a "tracking number" for UPS which to be honest could be for any customer as no details are available. The Unit apparently left NJI on the 26th December but there is no update and it is the 8th January now. Once again I have written to their customer service department to investigate, replace the lost order or refund my money. I am very disappointed not only with their delivery service but also the "lack of interest" from their customer support team. I see they have some good reviews, but also a growing number of disappointed customers. I wont use them again and would not recommend them.

The order shipped out the day after it was placed. International orders sometimes sit in customs or are delayed for other reasons. It can be tracked with the local carrier in your country. |
