I ordered a wireless router and USB adapter from Comp-U-Plus online on Monday night, order processed Tuesday, shipped Wednesday and received everything via UPS on Thursday. Full retail versions in shrink-wrapped boxes. Items were well padded in the shipping carton. Excellent price on the items though S/H is a tad on the high side. But they said 2 day shipping and that's what I got. A very positive online shopping experience - these guys are going into my bookmarks.

I ordered a Video Card on April 1 and its now April 6th and they still have not even shipped it yes. I'm less than impressed.  
 
I wouldn't order anything from here that you needed in a hurry.

Very reasonable prices - especially if you need to buy a hard drive and don't want to shell out too much money for the OS, they can include it for a cheap price. Good s+h with them, I recommend them 100%

Purchased a Video card online from CompuPlus on a Sunday Night, packaged arrived on Thursday. Although I thought the product should arrive a day earlier, I'm still happy about this transaction.

Even with high shipping cost, it was still cheaper than most places. Good company in my opinion.

Best price around on a Geforce # Ti200. Order confirmed promptly, shipped next day arrived two days later. Great service, excellent price. They are on my "good guy" list.

Purchased 10 3COM NIC Cards for $28 Each, shipping was about $100 dollars.  
 
Ridiculous you say? No not really, prices are good but they make it back in shipping.  
 
UPS Shipping of 10 3Com Nics weighing 3 pounds is about $12 dollars. Go figure.

This is the second or third time that I have ordered from these guys in the last 3 years, and if you can see past the "brash" NY state attitude of the customer service people, in-lies a very responsible company. They are quick, responsive, and send (at least to me) the correct parts each time. I am not a casual user of their services, either. Each time I have placed orders in the amount of thousands and have recieved each of my parts in a prompt manner. I believe they are listed as a Yahoo preferred company. Without hesitation, I will purchase from them again, until I feel I am cheated, then you could expect an equally opinionated rating from me.

I have to say that I am shocked at the bad reviews for Comp-U-Plus... This is my first choice for companies that I have purchased computer parts from. They very computer I am typing this review from is built from parts which approximately 75% came from Comp-U-Plus. This is my second computer built with Comp-U-Plus parts. Shipping has always been unbelievably quick and their packaging is second to none! I can't state just how much I like this company... just plain awesome!

These guys were great. I ordered a Athlon XP 1800+ on Tuesday morning. It showed up at my door on Thursday when I got home from work. I am now waiting for the reast of my system to arrive.  
 
I have ordered from these guys in the past and it always seemed that they had great prices, but extra high shipping priced. This situation seems to be fixed. So, I definitely suggest using this online dealer to all.

They have some of the best prices on the net no doubt. But when it comes to processing and shipping, they seem kind've shady. I ordered a Radeon 8500, which was suppose to be delivered in 1 to 2 days and it took almost a week. I didn't pay 15 dollars for shipping to take them a week.

Ordered Athlon XP 1900+ and Windows XP oem. They have good Athlon prices, and a 1 year guarantee rather than typical oem of 10/15/30/90 days. Arrived in two days, no problems.

I've ordered a few things from this company and even though they always deliver (eventually), I've had trouble getting it sent to where I am. My legal residence is in GA and I'm currently working in MD, but they wouldn't help me out at all on having it sent here. I had to have it REshipped once it was delivered to my family in the South. Luckily, I haven't had any trouble with the merchandise itself, but they just refused to meet my personal needs.

I was disappointed with the time it took to ship my product. I ordered an AMD thunderbird and ASUS motherboard on 10/16 and requested second day air shipping which ships in 1-2 day. I didn't receive my package, so I wrote an email to customer support on 10/20. I received a reply email on 10/23 saying that they received my order and would ship it out the next day. They said that I would likely receive my package at the end of the week. Polite response but disappointing delay. 2nd day air = 10 days (hopefully).  
 
Prices are good, but I would rather buy from a place which delivers on time for a little extra money.
