I just wanted to thank you for an awesome company you guys have and run. I took a chance in writing a memo requesting for gift wrapping upon placing my order (as was a surprise late Christmas gift for my husband), but I really didn’t expected the merchandise to be gift wrap since it wasn’t part of an ordering option.

I placed my order with comp-u-plus on December 7th. I bought headphones that I intended to give my best friend on Christmas. My order still has not arrived.  
 
I paid for ground shipping, so I expected the delivery to take a week or so. However, 2 weeks later, I contacted customer service by phone. On December 23rd I was informed that my package hadn't even been shipped yet. I was then told my package would be shipped overnight at no additional cost and would arrive the next day, Christmas Eve. I was told I would receive a tracking number that evening. Although disappointed, I was pleased with their seeming willingness to make amends.  
 
I did not receive a tracking number. Instead, I received an email informing me that my credit card has been charged. I consider myself an understanding man, but this just felt like a slap in the face.  
 
I called again early on the morning of Christmas Eve to request my tracking number and to confirm that my package would arrive that day. I was assured that I would receive my tracking number very soon by email and that my package would arrive that day. I took their word for it.  
 
My order did not arrive that day. I did not have a gift to give my best friend on Christmas day. I still have not received a tracking number or been contacted.  
 
Though I see others have had different experiences, the service comp-u-plus has provided me is unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with comp-u-plus.

I found myself in quite a strange situation this Christmas and I wanted to write and thank you for your wonderful service. I had ordered a wii from another company as a Christmas present for someone who has been begging for one since they came out :-) YESTERDAY, when I was supposed to receive this wii in the mail, I got an e-mail from this company saying that my order had been canceled because they were out of stock. I had been expecting the package for about a week and at that point was crushed! I got online to see if by some miracle I could get a wii by Christmas or settle for getting it after. When I called your company, your staff assured me I would get my product today, the day before Christmas. I just received the package and could not be happier. Thank you for making a Christmas great by working hard to get your product out quickly. I am sure your holiday season is very busy, and you really came through! I will shop again at Comp-U-Plus and will tell friends and family to do the same. You have made a customer for life.

I called before placing this order to confirm that the item was instock - "yes sir we have that camera in stock"  
I ordered it Fedex 2 day. 6 days Later I call and find out its not in stock - but the are willing to give me $10 toward another purchase.  
If you like guessing, gambling and bieng on hold this is place to buy from.

I ordered MS Office and a thumb drive on 12/9. Since then order tracking has merely acknowledged the order. Called customer service on 12/15 and was promised email re order by end of day. 28 hours later still no email. Called customer service 12/16 and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Called them back but they were closed.  
So far the only efficient part of this transaction has been the speed with which they charged my credit card i.e. immediately.  
If not rectified by tomorrow I will begin notifying BBB, Credit Card etc

After the above very disappointing experiences I finally spoke to Becky Galan (Customer Service Manager). She was pleasant, efficient and solved all problems. I received the two items in separate shipments over the next two days.  
My conclusion? Despite the fact the order was fulfilled the poor service and time wasted getting problems resolved would make me think very hard before buying from them again. However it would seem that if they trained and monitored their staff more efficiently they could be a much improved company.

I was very worried when my wife ordered a Garmin 750 GPS from a company I never used before and did so before I could check resellerratings.com. But no worries, this low price outfit shipped the next day and I had my GPS within 4 days. Their price was absolutely the best (199.99, better than the Black Thursday doorbusters). The kingly shipping charge of 14.95 was offset by a $25 rebate from EBillMe (standby for news on that), but even without the rebate, $214.94 delivered is top notch. Will definitely use again.

I ordered a relatively hard-to-find-in-stock item. Although the price was not the lowest around, it was reasonable.  
 
I placed the order in the late afternoon and the order was shipped out by noon the following day. The package even arrived a day early, taking less than 48 hours from ordering to arrival.  
 
I would certainly purchase from this company again.

I ordered the Linksys WRT600N router from Comp-U-Plus after reading the reviews at resellerratings.com.  
I purchased the item ($9.95 shipping) from San Diego on the night of 11-18 and it arrived from New York (via UPS Express)on 11-24. That includes a weekend.  
Excellent price, excellent communication and super fast shipping. I will be back.

1.The item was not shipped item.  
2.Communication is late and poor.

They advertised the unit I wanted at a considerably lower rate than any other competitors. I called the company I was dealing with to get a pricematch, but they told me it was just impossible because the price was 1. lower than the manufacturer's rules and 2. they would have to lose money to sell it at that. So they told me if I wanted to, I should go ahead and buy it with Compuplus.com, but said you get what you paid for and that they don't seem legit.  
 
I should've listended to them. I placed the order for it on the 7th of Aug., didn't receive anything until the 13th, and went online to track my package on the 14th only to find out that it was shipped on the 13th but I can't get any tracking number or anthting. I thought that was a little weird, but just decided to wait for the package. Now, today, on the 15th, I receive an email saying that they have refunded my payment because they didn't have the unit in stock.  
 
That is some lame crock of crap. It is very unprofessional to oversell (and even to admit it in the email), and for them to take over a week to check the inventory while not notifying the buyer of any status. All their reviews couple months back were negative, but I thought 'if I didn't lose money, how bad could it be' and went with it. It was a complete waste of time and that in itself is pretty bad, not to mention the way they treat their customers.

I ordered an Antec 300 case from Comp-U-Plus and it arrived 3 days later in perfect condition. Extremely fast shipping, and some of the best prices around. I was satisfied with their Customer Service, they responded to every email, and notified me on shipment, and order confirmation and everything. I was skeptical at first, due to such low prices, but they live up to it.

Ordered a Garmin Nuvi 760 on Friday night. Shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday. I used Google checkout. Excellent communications. Love the service and the Nuvi 760. I would buy again Comp-U-Plus again.

Hi folks.  
 
I just now received my Garmin nuvi 760 GPS. I ordered it from Compuplus.com using the Ebillme payment option. Now Ebillme facility gives USD 25 rebate which i have to yet fill it and send it across. I write here to tell that Ebillme was very slow in their response. the money got credited on 7th July to them. They tried calling me on 8th July and verifying my identity, which was fine with me as the billing address was different than the shipping address. The guy at Ebillme had for some reasons a wrong SSN no. for me. I dunno how. so he could never establish my identity. a workaround he mentioned was that i fax him my driver license which i did. No phone call from him for the next hour, so i called him. He says he is busy and will call me back, which was fine by me. Also he said he hasnt recd the fax for my license so i decided to fax him again. I faxed my license and awaited his phone call. He did not call back that day. He did not call back the following day. Then I wrote an email to Ebillme with a CC to Compuplus that i need a refund from Ebillme so that i can go and book the GPS using my credit card. The next day i recd email from Compuplus saying that they will ship the GPS to me. Compuplus was very prompt in their services even when i believe Ebillme never gave a confirmation receipt of the money recd. from me. After my email to them, Ebillme sent a confirmation receipt on 10th July that they got the money when in fact the money had got credited to them on 7th July. But i didnt bother as Compuplus was prompt on my order. Compuplus shipped the GPS on Friday 11th and i recd it on Monday 14th July.  
 
I had paid Ebillme thru my Chase account adding them as a Payee. It was a long shot that the person at Ebillme said that impersonation does happen that way. They shud have had their number right as well (my SSN). i checked with Chase and they have a proper SSN no. on their file. So actually i faced an issue with this biller and not the reseller.  
 
I appreciate Compuplus fast and prompt action and am sure going by the prices they have online, i would go and purchase more stuff from them in future. I must say that i might have saved nearly 30 dollars from the other reseller websites. Compuplus is good on their orders.
