Focuscamera.com has worse than rude service: try no service. I received no information that my order, expected to ship within 24 hours per my confirming email, was on 2-week back order. The phone system and web site said my order number was invalid. After many tries over the last few days during which time the phone system disconnected me over and over again, I finally reached a human on the phone and learned the equipment is on backorder, and that was that. I was switched back and forth between hurried and rude people, and was disconnected again by the phone system. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had and I'll be sure to let everyone in my industry know.
