Good buying experience. Website was a bit flaky, and had to order by phone, but rep was very professional. Offered, but didn't insist on accessories. Did manage to sell me the extended warranty, which I hadn't intended to buy, but it was reasonably priced.  
 
Shipping was very fast; got it two days after ordering. Packed well. Order was accurate, in good condition.  
 
Recommended seller; will buy from them again.

I first called the store for availability. The person I spoke with was very helpful, professional, and polite. I needed the camera in 2 days - I ordered it Wednesday and received it Friday. The shipping cost was reasonable -unlike other sites they charge an arm and a leg. Most of my shopping is done through the internet. This is a company I would return to for my electronic needs. Purchased Canon 580EX flash and a couple of other things. All were shipped promptly and arrived in fine condition. No problems.

Awful experience. NO communication from them. Had to ask where my order was and when it did arrive, they packed a LENS with no protection! It was bumping and thumping around in the box. Will never do business with them again.
