This was by far the most HORRIBLE internet shopping experience I have ever had. The order was place on October 28th and was not rec'd until early December. This was after SEVERAL calls to a horrible customer service department. Each time I was told the items were sent, when in fact they were not. Then, when the order arrived, one item was missing a MAJOR part. So major that the item is not operable. Turns out that item is not included - but it's avaialable for an extra fee. Now, its the end of December and I am STILL waiting on that part. I was offered a $10 credit for a $1500 order. What a joke.

I had a little trouble with their website during checkout, so called the store. I experienced no wait and the customer service rep was pleasant and courteous during the transaction. The product arrived within the time frame expected; overall, I was most satisfied with my experience.

I attempted to order from this company but my order confirmation came up blank. I attempted to contact this company to see if my order went through and was put on hold for about 10 minutes. An annoying Brooklyn girl kept reminding me to please wait for the next person about every 15 seconds. The first person I talked to wasn't exactly sure if my order went through or not. He seems confused, So he transferred me the sales department to place another order. This new person had no customer skills at all. After 5 minutes into the call I told the person I would just order online because we could barely understand each other. He HUNG UP right away on me. It's like the whole company didn't care about my order. I eneded ordering from a different company.

Was not abble to get website to confirm any of my credit cards for ordering, annoying half hour of entering information and being denied. Recanted and called the 800# instead, service rep was helpful and apologetic for the online problem admitting it wasn't working properly. Bought a referbished Nikon Coolpix 4100. It shipped in 4 days as stated, received a e-mail with tracking number and received the order within 1/2 hour of estimated delivery time!!! Everything was packed very well and could not tell the difference between new and refurbished, works flawlessly as Nikon quaranteed (thank you Nikon refurbishing). Will probably shop on this site again.

Internet order did not work properly. Order for watch didnt go through, but they put the hold on my Credit card for the price of the watch. I called to order it by phone and they wanted to hit card again. Very rude customer service. Customer service was not available during the hours they were supposed to be. they are associated somehow with Digital Phot Discount Club who also seem just as clueless. Ended up getting the same watch from local JC Penny for 25.00 less and 100% less headache. Be very cautious if doing business with these fools.

I was unable to make an online purchase for unknown reasons. When I made a telephone order teh ordering process was easy but information the order taker had did not always match the on line infomation. The order was delivered in a timely manner and was complete. All in all the experience was good and I will order from Focus Camera again.

Order processed correctly and item received very quickly. Very satisfied.

I bought a Nikor 70-300mm 4-5.6G AF lens. I recieved the lens and found that it did not work. I called Focus Camera to get an RMA number and sent the lens back the next day. In about a week and a half I recieved another lens that functioned properly. I was disappointed that the 1st lens did not function but that was Nikon's fault and not the seller. Overall, I was satatisfied with the transaction and RMA process but I would have liked to have seen a little quicker return time since this was a replacement of a faulty item and not a repair.

Arrived quickly and order was as stated. No problems. Ordered the Sony DSC-W7 camera.

Bought Pentax Optio 750 camera. Placed phone order, rep was helpful. He did try to upsell, but wasn't pushy (I had already decided to buy several accessories anyway). Order arrived when expected, in perfect condition. Would order from them again.

Ordered my Nikon D50 on 9/13 and got it on 9/20. Zero tax and shipping. Awesome!! Product was brand new from the factory. Highly recomended and will purchase from them in the future. Thank you for the great service!

I ordered 4 items. 1 sent within a few days, I was charged for this one plus shipping for the whole order. 2 days later was informed that the rest was backordered 7-10 days. No response to my first request for an update 2 weeks later. Finally informed that it will be another 3-3 weeks. We will see. Focus had the best price so far, but the item doesn't seem to be avaliable & they have managed to charge me $10 shipping for a 1st class 3-ounce letter size envelope.

Placed order on August 8th and had the camera by August 12th. Fast service. No problems with customer service. Didn't have any calls trying to upsell. Will purchase from Focus Camera again.
