I found a very low priced Tamron 90mmm Di lens on ebay and I liked the package and the price, but I wanted to change the " off brand" name filter to "brand name." So I called sales to answer all my questions and did not feel pushed to buy anything extra. I called several times and everytime someone picked up the phone without delay. The package came today and I thought some thing was wrong because I could not AF so I called there was no problem for them to pay for return, but fortunately I found out it was my fault and there was nothing wrong with the lens. I highly recommend this seller. They also have a very good rating on ebay.

Over the last 10 years, I have ordered a number of things from Focus Camera in New York. I live in Canada and have items purchased in the US shipped to Sumas, WA. All four shippings over the years have arrived when stated and the items have arrived in good order. I have been very satisfied with their service. The last order arrived even before an order I had made with B&H Photo, and the order from Focus did not cost me shipping, where as the one from B&H did. Personally, I would order from Focus Camera without hesitation again.

I ordered a Fuji Finepix F30 from them. Quick turnaround (paid extra for faster delivery). The most important part is that when i had a problem with the camera -- power button stopped working but could view images by playback so camera was still ABLE to function -- i was able to return the camera and get a replacement. The experience was painless.  
 
For some reason, there are A LOT of discount camera stores in brooklyn. I have had bad or near-bad experiences with a lot of them to the point where i am highly suspicious of a discount camera store in brooklyn. However, Focus Camera is not one of them. No hard sells, no phone calls needed to "confirm" the order, good customer service. Feel safe buying from them!

A great experience! I ordered a Tenba camera bag on the telephone in the early afternoon and it was shipped the same day. I'm in Massachusetts so it was an overnight delivery via UPS ground. The sales associate was very courteous and thorough. The price was great too - the lowest I could find. I would buy from Focus Camera again.

First order form this seller and a very good one in deed! Ordered a Bello Audio Tower AT484 from Harry at ext 845 who was very helpful, he's the man you want to talk with in my book. He told me my order was in stock, that I would received a tracking number by E-Mail and the item would be delivered by UPS either on Friday or by Monday. Well he's the man - I got all he said I would, except the rack arrived today a day or two before promised, shipped by regular ground shipping at the best price I could find offered by a solid retailer. In my book they are exceptional sellers who I rate a 10 for price, customer service and shipping!

Focus Camera (.com) delivered on time and with zero hassle. The East Coast camera and technology stores have a scary reputation for high pressure selling and poor service. Thankfully, none of that came into play for this transaction. I got treated well on the phone and I never felt like I was being manipulated. Bravo!  
 
The UPS coast to coast delivery charge was correct for the weight and distance, and the travel time that I was quoted at the time of the sale was dead nuts accurate.  
 
The entire purchase experience with Focus was totally uneventful. A good price, good service, reasonable returns policy and honest shipping charges are what I expected...and that's what Focus delivered.

Just a fabulous experience, the best price, super fast free shipping, and even better, when I called with a pre-sales question, a live, nice person answered the phone immediately and helped me. Couldn't be better.
