I always use infotech--great prices, excellent service, and quality parts.

great prices, quick delivery, but could use some people who speak english in accounting.  
 
also, the selection could be better. they dont stock any server type motherboards, but they sell multiple rack mount form factors...why if you cant get a good board to go with them?

I used to love this store until today when I vowed never to shop there again. The people there are incredibly rude and misrepresent the availability of parts. The person on the phone actually hung up on me when I was attempting to get details of a part I needed. Before today I recommended this place to anyone who needed computer parts but now it is time to look for a new supplier.

Always the best in shipping, products, and price. Needs to have "Warning" messages for people that don't know computers well. Had friend order computer parts and he installed the 3 1/2 floppy with the tape still on the flywheel of the drive. Not infotechs fault but "Warning" would be helpfull.

Unfortunately, at the time I ordered from them, their hosting company went bankrupt. This caused them to lose all my buying information and my order was cancelled. As a result, this gives me about a week delay. I guess it's not really their fault. However, phone support is somewhat unprofessional. I do give them credit though for their reasonable pricing and fast order processing as my order was processed and shipped right on the day I ordered. But again, don't expect too much from customer service.

Infotech's automated credit card processing service was able to process my MasterCard. Bank confirmed information I provided was correct. Infotech failed to send me e-mail notifying me verification had fail, and when called two weeks later refused to call bank and manually process order. Poor communication and difficult to do business with. Definitely not worth the cost savings.

Purchase was easy and delivery is timely. Prices tend to be very competitive. Good hit, and safe.

Best prices I could find on Koolance products and reasonable shipping.

I placed an order for (2) Koolance Chipset coolets, (2) 80MM Fan filters (5) feet of 1/4" Koolance tubing, and (1) Anti-Static wrist band though their webpage. I filled everything out and when it came to shipping, it said I had 7.40LBS! According to my calculations, this should be no more than 2 lbs IF THAT...no big deal so i thought....I decided to cancel the order and call their customer service phone number. After being transfered to "SALES" I explained what happened, and the guy said (and I quote) "What do you want ME to do about it?". I decided I wouldn't do business with this company from that moment. I can't comment on anything about their products, their return policy, etc...but I can say their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I searched for the best price on a Koolance watercooling system, and Infotechnow was the only place that was selling it at MSRP. So i bought it and a CPU and vid card cooler for it, and when it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find a free Infotechnow/Koolance Tshirt! Needless to say, that is now my LAN party shirt of choice. :)

Ordered Sunday, Processed on Monday and shipped that same day, recieved two days later.  
 
I will purchase again from this company, my items were wrapped with care and even got some extra parts.

I have ordered from this company a couple of times now. Good store with good prices on most stuff. They need to inprove on there costumer services a little. I don't like that after you order you just have to wait and wonder what is going on with your order. No E-mail notification or updates and a little slow on the processing of your orders. All in all if you don't mind knowing whats going on with your order and sometimes waiting awail for them to ship then they are good. They did help me when I need to add more stuff to a previous order so I wouldn't have to pay twice for Shipping.

Wonderful company, i spent weeks looking for a good deal on the koolance water cooled case, then i happened upon their website, found the lowest price i have ever seen for it, and it included the best waterblock with it (which costs $44 from them or $55 most other places i have looked). Was getting ready to order online when i discovered they were located 20 minutes from my house. so i saved myself not only $130 by purchasing from them over anyplace else, but i also saved myself $40 in shipping!

Price on koolance special was much lower than any other store. Order shiped next day (12 day shipping, but that was UPS's fault)  
 
Items arived undameged. I even got some extras that I wasn't expecting: usb/sound cables for the case and geforce 4 adapters for the motherboard cooler, plus a koolance t-shirt.
