Yet again this site amazes me, Called them thursday to put an order in (there was a problem with the adress on the CC) placed a new order, called them, they shipped that day, I recieved it friday (called thurs) The Lady on the phone was extremely polite and helpful. Once again an excellent purchase experience

Very knowledgible sales staff, very curteous. Bought over 1500 dollars worth of stuff at this store, all at prices that are to die for. Highly recommend them.  
 
Only downside is me living in Ontario where i have to pay high sale taxes (GST=PST!!

First time ordering from this store and it was very easy. They had recently redone their website and the online store was easy to navigate. My package was shipped quickly and arrived sooner than I expected as it was a cross country shipment.  
 
All in all a good shopping experience.

Ordered about 1200$ worth of equipments monday morning and received my order 2 days later. Their prices are good and the customer service is excellent. I RMA'd my motherboard and got a new one 10 days later. Awesome! I highly recommend this store.

I live five minutes away from the store, and it is great. Everything they sell is opened and on display. The employees are very educated as well, I'm a technician and used to having to argue with salespeople to get them to believe what I want really exists. No so with this place. Online Create your own computer quote works great too... I recommend all my friends to shop there, even if it has to be shipped.

Saw the ad and visited the store. Attractive store, well-stocked, lots of economical OEM items, reasonable prices, helpful staff, no pressure. Asked to have items shipped to Alberta; salesman in store helped me place an on-line order to do so. (Avoided Ontario taxes that way.) Items shipped promptly. Packing was nothing fancy, but adequate; everything worked fine. Much better than other outfits with fancy web sites but lousy stores and service.
