B&H offered excellent prices and the option to purchase used items from the store itself. This store was also very willing to work with deployed military personnel while other stores (such as Amazom.com) refuse to ship certain products to Soldiers overseas.  
I would highly recommend this store to others.

I use B&H because their shipping is faster than the other shops that have similar items for about the same price. They have been good to deal with. I don't like having to verify my Credit card everytime. Once should be enough. This is about the only thing that would cause to go elsewhere.

Sales support was very prompt and quick in answering my questions regarding product availability, prices were very good, shipping was very reasonable and fair, site is well laid out and easy to navigate.

I have made several large purchases from them over the years. Never a problem. The last purchase I made had a snag that was all my fault. I called them to cancel an order, knowing it was already out for delivery. They were happy to tell me how to cancel, and sent an email immediately for the return of the product just in case I wasn't able to stop the delivery. It took them less than two days to credit my account once they received the product return. They didn't charge any kind of fee, restocking or even return shipping. Buy from B&H with confidence.

B&H is one of my favorite places to order online. I have also been to their store twice now when visiting NYC. It's rare that a merchant can have some of the lowest prices and still maintain such a high level of customer service. I highly recommend doing business with them and I have referred many friends to their site to purchase anything from an entry level point and shoot digital to a full frame digital SLR.

This is my first time purchasing from this company. I have heard nothing but good things about them so I'm hoping they are true to their reputation. If this transaction goes well, I'll probably be spending about 8,000 dollars more with them. We'll see how they do. The website was very well designed and easy to find what I wanted. They even update your cart in real time if something becomes UNavailable after you have selected it... i.e. someone bought the item while I was debating on it. Anyway, so far so good.
