B&H never fails to astound me. Everthing I have ordered from them has arrived within 2 days and in better condition than described. Two times I have gone with their competition (only because B&H didn't have the item I wanted) and was grossly disappointed. I definitely did not "Adore" the transaction I had with them. :)  
I will continue to purchase all my items through them. They are wonderful and have the fastest shipping I have ever seen!

Whenever I have ordered anything from B+H the order has been delivered quickly, correctly and at a competitive price. Their staff is quite knowlegible about the products they sell and are happy to help you purchase what best fits your needs. I use them exclusively for my photographic purchases and strongly urge others to beware of some of the photo/video retailers online as many of them are disreputable (to say the least). Check retailer's reviews on epinions, or other ratings sites, but you can be sure that B+H are straight shooters.

I have ordered photo equipment from B&H Photo-Video many times over the last 10+ years. I have NEVER had a problem.Everything is as advertized and it arrives on time and in perfect condition. On the rare occasions I have returned anything (nothing related to their service) there has never been any problem and my money is always promptly refunded.

What can I say? The pricing was very good, the communication was spot on, the products came sealed in original packages, were exactly what I ordered and the shipping was super fast. I don't now how B&H Photo could have done it any better.

This store is absolutely THE BEST especially customer service. If you're afraid of returns don't be. I purchased a Canon EOS 50D camera with a few accessories-flash cards-UDMA card reader-300mm lens-tripod-18-200mm lens plus a few more things for the camera. I had to return the UDMA card reader because it wouldn't work so I emailed them as per instructions on their site and the same day they emailed me back with an RMA #. Being used to most stores not paying for return shipping I paid for it. The next day I received another email with the return info and prepaid label. I emailed them back and told them that I had jumped the gun and returned the reader via USPS. They said no problem that they would reimburse the amount I spent . The very day they received the return package I got an email telling me that they had received it and would start processing the return. The next day I got another email telling me it was processed and the return was OKed. 3 days later I received my refund plus the $4.50 I paid for shipping. I have NEVER gotten a refund from ANY store in less than 4 weeks and most of the time I'm always calling to inquire about the refund. On their site they say that you must return your item within 15 days..that said I changed my mind about the 300mm lens and wanted the 100-400mm lens instead (2 weeks later) and called them asking if I could return the lens and get the other lens instead. They said no problem and immediately sent an RMA# prefilled...no penalties no restock fees (shipping on my dime of course as should be). Again the very same day they received the return I got an email telling me it was received and being processed and again the day after that I got another email confirming the refund and again the refund was back on my credit card 3 days later. This store has become the ONLY store I will buy my camera supplies from because I know that I can trust their honesty. No bait and switch no hounding phone calls asking if you want accessories and trying to get you to buy more things. Their prices are very competitive and most times they beat all other (legit) stores. I hope this review helps someone that might be having heart palpitations about large purchases or any purchases because of customer service nightmares.

I was more than happy with the easy method of ordering on line and the prompty delivery of my color cartridge. Very happy with the quick delivery.

We received the Sansa Fuze in the promised amount of time. It was packaged properly and the product appeared to be in mint condition with the package looking like it had just come out of a factory.  
 
Overall the product works great and the website/order form was clear and my expectations were met. We will probably order from them in the future.

I have now purchased several items from B&H, some over $1000.00 price range and I am completely satisfied with their service. Shipping has been as requested, items are packaged well and boxes are sealed. I also had to return a camera which was not what I expected and the paper work and return of funds went well without any problems. Prices are competitive and I will continue purchasing all my camera needs from them.
