This was my third order of the same product from B&H, in two months. That should speak to the quality of the product, and the reliability of the company. I like what I got, and I wanted more.

The package was delivered in good shape. I bought WD external HDD 1TB My Book Home. When I connected the drive and tried to install WD application that was on the external, my ad-aware detected some trojan and blocked it. I however, formatted the entire drive once without any issues. I hope there won't be any problems when I store data in it.

This product was very easy to use and install on the Nikon D90. The service was great and I received it in 2 days. I haven't mastered Nikon Mypicturetown yet that makes the pictures appear on Google map.

The estimated arrival date was pushed back by one day a few days after I ordered it... that was kind of a bummer since I wanted to receive the camera on my birthday. It was exactly what the description promised though. I will def be ordering from B&H Photo soon.

B&H is my #1 choice for photo/video purchases both online and in physical world. Prices are reasonable, always have all I need. Extended warranties they offer are also good (from my inexperienced perspective).

I've made numerous purchases from B&H and known others who have done the same. B&H delivered on time and as promised which is typically par for the course for B&H. Sometimes they'll mess something up -- usually they're very good about correcting it -- and overall I have no hesitancy to recommend them with two caveats: (1) Beware that they will charge your credit card at the time the order is submitted vs. shipped so I'd make sure what you order is in stock or quickly available; and (2) they are closed for a number of religious holidays which they publish in advance. In the latter case, when I can't anticipate my needs early, I will turn to another reputable vendor (such as Calumet or Norman).

Great retailer to do business with; competitive pricing, major brands to chose From, and when contacted by telephone to seek additional information or guidance on a selection I have found the staff friendly, willing to help, able to explain options or provide answers.  
In starting my hobby in photography I have made multiple purchases at B&H and will continue to use as a supplier due to reputation, service and commitment to the customer.
