I like doing business with B&H but I'm not a fan of the differences their catalog and website have in regards to pricing. I purchased a Kata DR-467 backpack on Sunday for $79.99. I received the catalog yesterday, Tuesday, and see that it is on special for $60. I call B&H and the representative tells me that the price was good at the time the catalog was printed which is a few months ago. Then why not put a, 'Price is good until xx/xx/xx'? Mind you this is the winter catalog. I know that they have a disclaimer in the very back saying that prices are subject to change without notice but why print a catalog with obsolete prices and then ship them out to you customers? Doesn't make much sense to me.

Fair price, items arrived quickly, in perfect condition. This is my first purchase from B&H. I will purchase from them in the future, no hesitation.

I received my antenna on the day it was promised and the antenna was successful in receiving more channels that the small one that came with my computer for the built in TV Tuner. It even received the VHF channel I had not been able to receive. Although it would be nice if it was smaller since it is for my laptop computer, over all I was pleased with the purchase.

No Surprises. Sunday morning, I ordered a Canon 200mm F2.8L lens from B&H. UPS tried to deliver  
Wednesday (left a note on our door . . . we were  
at work). Signed for, and picked lens up the next day. Lens was adequately bubble wrapped, and works fine. B&H price was competitive, but not the lowest. (Been burned by "low-ball" sites . . . never really know what to expect) Would do it again.

Great product, calibrated the panasonic G10 plasma TV in less than one hour for $25. The only downside is that my neighbors want me to calibrate their high definition sets.

I just bought a new optical mouse and 320GB portable hard drive. In the past I bought a Nikon D90, a 105mm Nikkor VR micro lens and miscellaneous peripheral camera equipment. I've also purchased other miscellaneous items from B&H Photo.  
 
B&H Photo is by far one of the finest companies I've done business with over the web. Great prices on all products I've purchased. Excellent service. On-time or early delivery.  
 
I highly recommend B&H Photo and suggest checking them out before committing a purchase somewhere else.
