The online ordering process is easy to navigate, making sure you know exactly what you're ordering, where it's shipping and how you'll be paying. My order was delivered right on time. I need to allocate my time to photography clients, not chasing around to find what I need. B&H is in my corner with products and service that meet my expectations.

B&H has been a favorite supplier of mine for many years. I've bought thousands of dollars worth of photo and video equipment from them and they always do exactly what they promise. I even had UPS deliver an electronic flash to a wrong addresss and B&H made good on it quickly and they worked it out with UPS. I could not ask for better.

The Black Rapid R5 camera strap has revolution the way I shoot.  
I had read many reviews of this strap, but using the R5 has to be one of the best improvement in shooting I have experienced.

Very fast order delivery, and when my order (a pair of compact Nikon Eagleview binoculars) showed up with a lens defect and disappointing engineering (using the zoom messed with the focus), I immediately set up a return. No problem at all. I re-ordered a different style, and hopefully better engineered, pair of binoculars.  
I have found B&H consistently very good on all counts for the last 20 years that I have been dealing with them, even more so in the last number of years.

Was tempted to get the Canon WD-H37C II 37mm, but then the price for that was thirty D more than this and it was a 3-element design compared to this 4-element one.  
 
You get what you pay for. It is a big piece of glass and probably weighs 1/2 SR11 itself. However, the performance is worth the weight.  
 
This is imprinted with a Carl-Zeiss marking, and the rim has a helpful rubbery grip, which the Canon doesn't have.  
 
Performance wise, I am impressed at the lack of optical distortions and I don't seem to lose any brightness.  
 
I've tested the generics and they just don't cut it, with bad barrel distortions, vignetting and chromatic abberations. You might save some money, but your precious shots are all ruined. If you've a HD camcorder and paid so much for it already, why let a lens spoil it.  
 
My gripe is that I cannot put a filter to the front side, and thus you need to be careful. Overall, I am glad I chose this over the Canon and saving some money in the process for great performance. I'd recommend this even for the Canon guys.

Ordered a Panasonic plasma which also included a Blue Ray player as a "kit" for my son. The purchasing process was painless (via the Web site) and both items arrived via their distribution partner (Manna) in one week.

As always so far, B&H provided excellent customer service, changing the order just before shipment to fit our reconsidered needs, and then again adding to the order in the most efficient way to minimally encumber payment method. This goes beyond just knowing what the customer needs and the seller can truly provide - right now, and makes this kind of transaction as nearly painless as it can be. Also, the website is one of the easiest to use, though I do wish that the individual units, say for instance the gamut of PowerMac standard configurations, were more logically arranged by either total cost, processor speed, etc. rather than almost randomly as it seems to be. Too easy to get sucked into the wrong machine especially as the listing seems to start nearer to the higher end units. But, still, one of the very best places to shop by phone or on-line for sure.
