This store is absolutely THE BEST especially customer service. If you're afraid of returns don't be. I purchased a Canon EOS 50D camera with a few accessories-flash cards-UDMA card reader-300mm lens-tripod-18-200mm lens plus a few more things for the camera. I had to return the UDMA card reader because it wouldn't work so I emailed them as per instructions on their site and the same day they emailed me back with an RMA #. Being used to most stores not paying for return shipping I paid for it. The next day I received another email with the return info and prepaid label. I emailed them back and told them that I had jumped the gun and returned the reader via USPS. They said no problem that they would reimburse the amount I spent . The very day they received the return package I got an email telling me that they had received it and would start processing the return. The next day I got another email telling me it was processed and the return was OKed. 3 days later I received my refund plus the $4.50 I paid for shipping. I have NEVER gotten a refund from ANY store in less than 4 weeks and most of the time I'm always calling to inquire about the refund. On their site they say that you must return your item within 15 days..that said I changed my mind about the 300mm lens and wanted the 100-400mm lens instead (2 weeks later) and called them asking if I could return the lens and get the other lens instead. They said no problem and immediately sent an RMA# prefilled...no penalties no restock fees (shipping on my dime of course as should be). Again the very same day they received the return I got an email telling me it was received and being processed and again the day after that I got another email confirming the refund and again the refund was back on my credit card 3 days later. This store has become the ONLY store I will buy my camera supplies from because I know that I can trust their honesty. No bait and switch no hounding phone calls asking if you want accessories and trying to get you to buy more things. Their prices are very competitive and most times they beat all other (legit) stores. I hope this review helps someone that might be having heart palpitations about large purchases or any purchases because of customer service nightmares.

As a photographer I turned to B&H when I needed a piece of equipment for my camera as well as an extra hard drive to store my burgeoning portfolio of images. Just as I expected they had exactly what I needed in stock and at a competitive price. The online ordering process is easy to navigate, making sure you know exactly what you're ordering, where it's shipping and how you'll be paying. My order was delivered right on time. I need to allocate my time to photography clients, not chasing around to find what I need. B&H is in my corner with products and service that meet my expectations.

The item was paid to be delivered the next day and when it didnt arrive I called to find that the item was in the process of being returned do to some error that UPS blamed of you all and you all blamed on UPS. B&H has been a favorite supplier of mine for many years. I've bought thousands of dollars worth of photo and video equipment from them and they always do exactly what they promise. I even had UPS deliver an electronic flash to a wrong addresss and B&H made good on it quickly and they worked it out with UPS. I could not ask for better.

The Black Rapid R5 camera strap has revolution the way I shoot.
I had read many reviews of this strap, but using the R5 has to be one of the best improvement in shooting I have experienced.

Very fast order delivery, and when my order (a pair of compact Nikon Eagleview binoculars) showed up with a lens defect and disappointing engineering (using the zoom messed with the focus), I immediately set up a return. No problem at all. I re-ordered a different style, and hopefully better engineered, pair of binoculars.
I have found B&H consistently very good on all counts for the last 20 years that I have been dealing with them, even more so in the last number of years.

I found the website easy to use. The product shipped and arrived promptly. They had close to the best price. Don't know if the product is good as it is a Christmas present.

B & H Photo Video is by far the best I have dealt with. I purchased 4 items do far and I have not been disappointed. The prices are decent and customer service very prompt. I will continue shopping there even though I reside in Canada.

Order was shipped and arrived as per estimated time. Package and contents arrived OK. No complaints. Will buy again as price is competitive and service so far so good.
Product review:
Was tempted to get the Canon WD-H37C II 37mm, but then the price for that was thirty D more than this and it was a 3-element design compared to this 4-element one.
You get what you pay for. It is a big piece of glass and probably weighs 1/2 SR11 itself. However, the performance is worth the weight.
This is imprinted with a Carl-Zeiss marking, and the rim has a helpful rubbery grip, which the Canon doesn't have.
Performance wise, I am impressed at the lack of optical distortions and I don't seem to lose any brightness.
I've tested the generics and they just don't cut it, with bad barrel distortions, vignetting and chromatic abberations. You might save some money, but your precious shots are all ruined. If you've a HD camcorder and paid so much for it already, why let a lens spoil it.
My gripe is that I cannot put a filter to the front side, and thus you need to be careful. Overall, I am glad I chose this over the Canon and saving some money in the process for great performance. I'd recommend this even for the Canon guys.

Ordered a Panasonic plasma which also included a Blue Ray player as a "kit" for my son. The purchasing process was painless (via the Web site) and both items arrived via their distribution partner (Manna) in one week.
Good price, easy to buy, good delivery.

As always so far, B&H provided excellent customer service, changing the order just before shipment to fit our reconsidered needs, and then again adding to the order in the most efficient way to minimally encumber payment method. This goes beyond just knowing what the customer needs and the seller can truly provide - right now, and makes this kind of transaction as nearly painless as it can be. Also, the website is one of the easiest to use, though I do wish that the individual units, say for instance the gamut of PowerMac standard configurations, were more logically arranged by either total cost, processor speed, etc. rather than almost randomly as it seems to be. Too easy to get sucked into the wrong machine especially as the listing seems to start nearer to the higher end units. But, still, one of the very best places to shop by phone or on-line for sure.
