B&H Photo has been the best place for me to shop for electronics. Their customer service is amazing, their personnel know the equipment they are selling and are very helpful at answering my question very knowledgeably. It is also recomended by top photographic magazine. I'm very satisfy with B&H Photo and will continue to returned to B&H Photo.
B&H has the best prices on just about anything you need. They have more than any other photography company, and seem to always be 'in stock'. Not only do they have the top gear but they have the lower cost versions made by other brands of a lot of equipment that works just as well without spending the 'brand name' prices. Its like a toy store to me with multiple pictures to view the products, many different reviews on the products. The web site is very easy to use and navigate. I am a professional photographer and I really don't shop anywhere else for my photography equipment.
I have just recently been ordering from B & H Photo and find them to have superior pricing and the products I need. The order is generally delivered within 3 days, and ships free. You can't find a better value.
My TV showed up in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with B&H for thier honest pricing and fast service. I will definately order from them again.
I ordered an ipod touch from B&H knowing I would get good service. It works like a dream and want to use it to keep up with the internet,weather, a calendar and of course music. Its a must have and easy to carry. A good product for anybody.
As always item as ordered and shipped promptly (though I prefer the old days when they used fed-ex by default).

I will add that there are many retailers that do a fine job of shipping the product you order; The reason I use b&h is because when the order goes sour they are most helpful (returns, replacement, refunds and so forth). It is the customer care aspect that makes b&h stand out. Hoepfully Henry will stay there a few more years or customer care will continue when he moves on.

This is an outstanding business. I have been purchasing equipment from them for over a year and have never been disappointed. They have lower prices than ANY other equipment seller or reseller, including on shipping. Equipment is usually shipped for $10 or less for 3 day delivery. The only downside is they close frequently for religious holidays and close instore and online operations every friday night-sundown on saturday for the sabbath.

My order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I love my new flash... so glad that every time I order from B&H they always send out their products quickly and are great to do business with! :)
This is a great merchant. They have a wide variety of stuff that I need for photography all at low prices. I received my order on time and everything was packaged securely. I have already field tested the equipment I ordered and it works great!
I have done business with them for years and will undoubtedly continue to do so for many more.

As always, B&H provided great service. It is always easy to find what I want, on their site, and things always seem to arrive ahead of schedule - AND in perfect condition. One of my absolute favorite online retailers.
