Ordered two Western Digital Velociraptor 300 GB hard drives. Received everything on time and in good order. No complaints.

I ordered a Nikon 18-105mm VR lens and I received it just within 48 hours via UPS ground (much faster than I anticipated), factory packed and everything included. B&H is really amazing; they deserve to be the best reseller.

This is an extraordinarily good company. However, when I ordered 2 cameras as Christmas gifts, they came in an enormous box with thousands of styrofoam popcorn pieces, which was very messy...but worse than that is the idea of these things lasting for thousands of years somewhere on Earth. I don't want to have anything to do with that! B&H usually uses inflated bags for shipping, which are infinitely more eco-friendly. Frankly, I expected them to be more enlightened and more green than this, since they seem to hold themselves to such high standards elsewhere. Look guys, wise up...and don't EVER send me styroform nuggets under any circumstances. In the future, cancel my order if you're going to send it to me packed with this harmful material! No kidding.

In almost 20 years of doing business with B&H, I have never been disappointed in choosing them- and I have often been surprised by them going that extra mile to get a a package on time. They are still my first choice for photo gear- and increasingly, for pro audio gear as well.

B&H always seems to have very atractive pricing and usually come up close to the best price on several items I've looked at over the years.  
 
Decided to try them out on a combo deal on a Panasonic SD-card video camera earlier this year (they had the best price including shipping). I was very pleased with the process overall. Great price, fast shipping, item NIB. What more can you ask for?

I have done business with B&H Photo for at least eight years. Excellent descriptions of products online with a terrific user interface and filtering capability. Service personnel are fairly helpful on the phone if needed. They are also helpful in the store if you're in NYC.  
 
It's best to order products early in the week, at least by Wednesday, as the company does not prepare or take orders on Friday evening or during the day on Saturday. If you order on Thursday, your products may not be shipped until Monday.  
 
Excellent company. I would recommend B&H to anyone. It is a terrific resource to lovers of technology toys and profesional instruments that including imaging, video, audio and information technology equipment.  
 
Over the years I have returned one item, and it was fairly easy.  
 

No tax, no shipping and a price below list (on an Apple product no less...what's not to like? (Except their moronic radio ads.)
