Update: I received the article and I was very happy with the speedy delivery (about 4-5 days from Canada to Puerto Rico!!) and with the quality of the item.

I ordered the RAMOS 970 PMP, hoping to be impressed with what I have heard from the player. Kick Trading had a good deal and I went for it. Shipping was fairly priced, considering I am ordering from outside Canada, but came to my household mailbox within 5 business days, as expected. I opened the box, in good condition and was ready to play. I originally was under the impression it would come with a free pouch (based on the promo e-mail I received from Kicktrading.ca). It did not come with the pouch, but I can assume I had to add the mini pouch with the player before finalizing the order... Oh well. The only annoyance I have with the player is the small specks of dirt underneath the screen. When looking at pictures, it becomes a bother. If I gaze from a distance, then it becomes less noticeable. Overall good product, great service and delivery. Would recommend.

I was looking for something hard to find and they had it: the order was fast and without any problem, and I received my material fast and in good order.

The M3 Perfect Bundle I ordered from them works great. No problems thus far. They also threw in a free stylus. I was inconvenienced though because it took 20 days to receive the Perfect Bundle after I back-ordered it. It took 19 days after I back-ordered for the product to be in Kickgaming's stock. However, I think the manufacturer M3 is based in China so that's probably why it took so long for Kickgaming to get the Bundle in stock. So I think that was more M3's fault. Kickgaming immediately shipped out my Bundle as soon as they received it in stock and I got the day after they shipped it.

I find KickGaming to be a great site with excellent prices. Its easy to navigate and well designed. All my orders have arrived quickly and undamaged.  
I would buy from them again.

Some problems with ordering online as every time there was a mistake, I had to go back to screen one and start again. Other than that, no complaints. =)

I ordered a 1 GB Kingston (Japanese) MicroSD card along with a R4DS from Kick Gaming in early 2007 and I still use it to this day. Excellent packaging, quick shipping and superb service. My friend bought products from Kick Gaming shortly after because of my high recommendation.

I came here because the edge was a litte cheaper. I did receive my edge in 7 day's but it did not work. Sent it back got a new one that works good,but I paid more for it after having to send it back, there went my saving . When I am sure it was not check out to see if it works the first time,would not boot up.But the new one works and they sent it right away.
