Kick Gaming has alot of nice items for sale for good prices, however my experience with the shipping and handling was TERRIBLE. Express shipping really means 5-20 days in my case. For a 0.2 pound item, and the warehouse is 2 hours from the location of my house. I will definitely see if it is possible to just drive to the warehouse next time if i ever consider buying anything from here in the future.
It took Kick Gaming four business days to ship my order. When I asked why it took so long then and only then I was told the item was out of stock previously. I guess an email letting me know that was too much to ask. So if you don't mind the guessing game trying to decide if what you are about to order is really available and not being informed if it's out of stock.....then order away. Or just shop somewhere else.
Service from Kick Gaming was, as usual, excellent. Prompt reply and updates on my order status, and received the product quickly in proper packaging with no damage. Can't say as much for the product though ... an NDS Lite Ghost Crystal Case ... which came with a blunt screwdriver (causing stripped screws) and a case with some dimensions off just enough to cause problems (for example, original "B" button won't fit, and the opening for the touch screen is just a tad too small, leaving the touch screen and Slot 2 connector installed on an angle). Any undue pressure on the case causes spider cracks in the plastic, especially on the plastic hinge that connects to the angle adjuster. I would not recommend this product.
Unfortunately, my experience with Kick Gaming isn't quite as great as everyone else's seems to be. I paid specifically for the "5-14 day shipping." While the item was listed as "shipped" just a few short days after I ordered it, it took the actual package a month (literally, from Jul. 23 to Aug. 23) to arrive in Hawaii. I got the item I paid for, but certainly not the service.
I placed my order early Monday morning at 2am and my order status went from processing to processed by 8am. I had a problem with my credit card and called the company but no body answered so I left a message as the matter was urgent but I received no reply by the end of business on Monday which is very unacceptable. This store has poor customer service skills so don't expect much from them if you have a problem.
I was expecting my order to ship today but they have not done so yet even though I paid via bank transfer which deposits the funds in their account instantly unlike a credit card (which i had problems with on their website) and I sprung for express shipping for which I assumed my order would ship the same day as I ordered very early.. Overall somewhat dissatisfied with my service... Will not be giving them any repeat business as the key to a good business is customer service and this place has none... A 5 minute phone call would have resolved my issue and kept me happy and would have guaranteed a repeat customer...
My advice? Pray...

Buyer ordered on April 21st, items shipped on April 22nd. Buyer called and emailed us on April 21st about his issue, he received an email back the evening of April 21st, and later a call on April 22nd to make sure everything was ok. Tracking number shows items delivered on April 23rd.
easy to use, easy to browse, simple to pay. However, the shipping was a bit slow, and I never recieved an email telling me the packaged got shipped until it arrived.

I place the order at 09/16/2009, and get the confirmation of shipping at 09/23/2009, and got it at 10/02/2009. Consider they send the package from HK, so it's reasonable. Otherwire, everything is OK.
