I ordered an Acekard 2i from Kickgaming. The item wasn't in stock and needed to be back ordered before it could be shipped. To my surprise, it shipped out within a week. I bought the Acekard 2i on October 19 and received it yesterday, November 5. It was packaged in a small manilla envelope with padding, in the Acekard 2i box. It was just the Flash Cart, no memory card included. I'm using a 1 GB memory that I took out of my cell phone and it works great. I have 8 or so games on it and 2 skins. The service at kickgaming.com is great. I'm actually thinking of making another purchase from this store as I'm writing this. I could use a NDS expansion pack for slot 2. I read that kickgaming ships from Toronto, Canada, and I'm in Washington State...so I'm very happy that I received my order within a month! I'm 100% satisfied with this vendor. :) :) :)

Shopping here was what an online shopping experience should be. Everything went just like they said it would and the product was as described. You may spend a little bit more here, but it is totally worth it. Its definetly worth a few extra dollars to not have to put up with the hassle that you get with other retailers.

I ordered an M3i Zero card from kickgaming on Saturday the 17th, and recieved it within 5 business days. They kept true to their price match guarantee, and were extremely helpful and answered all of my emails promptly (even at midnight on the saturday I ordered it on!) I had absolutely no hassles with the customer service, they were great. When I received my order, I found that there was a small error (the card I received was mismarked as an M3i Zero, but was actually an M3 Real Card). Upon emailing the company, I immediately recieved an email back (within minutes) promising to fix the error immediately and hassle free. OK, I don't order stuff off the internet that often, but I can promise you that if this company sold shampoo online I would only buy my shampoo from them. Being used to anonymous foreign customer service that simply copies and pastes responses from a script, I cannot begin to say how happy I am with this company, its customer service, and its absolute integrity. I plan on purchasing another M3i Zero for my brothers birthday very soon, and I will definitely be supporting kickgaming with my purchase. I implore you to do the same so that you too can get the same breath of fresh air I did.

Ordered Ez Flash 3 in 1 and received it 4 business days later, no complaints here. Just ordered a Pandora battery on Sunday and it was shipped out today.

It took Kick Gaming four business days to ship my order. When I asked why it took so long then and only then I was told the item was out of stock previously. I guess an email letting me know that was too much to ask. So if you don't mind the guessing game trying to decide if what you are about to order is really available and not being informed if it's out of stock.....then order away. Or just shop somewhere else.

I receive their product in only a week of time and it's awesome! Their product is of good quality.
