I have never ordered from CompUSA before but this experience was seamless. In addition, the $1.99 shipping fee helped make my decision to use CompUSA.

Bought my laptop and recieved it way before it was scheduled. however they would not honor a price in their flyer on a different laptop so i was unhappy about that. Everything else was great... thanks...  
 
In response to your response I called you up about an hp laptop you had listed online for 1099.99 the magazine you sent me in the box with my office 2007 said it was 589.99 you laughed and said you were sorry but you couldn't honor that price. Regardless if it was a misprint or not you should have honored the price.

I ordered a Tom Tom Refurbished GPS unit. I was told it would take about a week to get here but I was really surprised to receive it in 2 days. The unit has worked well and I am really pleased with how effective it works. I will do business with Compu Serve in the future. The service was exceptional and the price the best I could find.

It was very easy ordering products that were described very well with details explaing the operation of products.Products arrived on time in good condition.

Extremely quick service & shipping, great price & selection (PCI Modem.) The only thing that would have made this better would be a discount shipping option - such as one which uses USPS. As is, the shipping cost nearly as much as the base purchase, for a very tiny package.

This is a great mouse and as always CompUSA had it at a great price and shipped it the same day. Their prices are always unbeatable and their service and shipping are first rate. I am so glad they are back better then ever. As an IT supervisor, I have shopped with CompUSA's business division and had my own personal salesperson. When they faded out of the picture for a while I was saddened. Now I am retired, but use them for all my personal computer and electronics needs and I am compiling a large list of Christmas presents that I will be buying from CompUSA this year.

My order for Dragon Naturally Speaking Preferred 10 arrived promptly on schedule in good repair. The downloading instructions were clear and easy to follow. I followed the tuitorial and within hours I was dictating documentation for a clear and correct print. The product is excellent!

I always enjoy shopping at CompUSA/TigerDirest since their websites are easy to navigate and the $1.99 delivery charge is appreciated but it would be even better if the $75 activation point could be lowered or eliminated which would allow me to purchase more items instead of waiting until I want to purchase items which total over the $75 plateau. Expand your inventory of items and allow users to ask for items to be stocked.
