Good at shipping things fast & not screwing up orders. You have to shop carefully, though: some of the deals are great, some not. Pay attention to the descriptions and reviews. Some things are refurbs, won't work on some operating systems, need drivers downloaded, have reliability problems, or whatnot. Realize also that some reviewers are 1d10ts. I automatically delete all their daily newsletters cuz there's so many.

It was very easy to order online and make payment for the product. CompUSA provided tracking service (with the information needed sent by email) for tracking the package delivery date and progress. It was delivered much faster than expected. It was an easy task to do online. Thank you

The original shipped e-mail indicated only one of the three items on the order had been shipped. The next day, apparently someone at CompUSA caught the error and corrected (updated) the shipped e-mail. They promised receipt on Monday, but I acturally received it on the preceeding Friday. The e-machine 19" LCD monitor works like a champ. It has good rich color and very good definition.  
 
 
The PowerUp Ext. USBA MULTI card reader (GEN-5000) works like promised. For $4.99 they can't be beat. I intend to use one as an accessory on my wife's HP netbook which has no built in card reader and the other two with some older desktop computers that don't have card readers but do have USB ports.  
 
I haven't had time to hook up and test the HP Photosmart C4580 all-in-one Color inkjet with WiFi yet. It is refurbished and for the price probably can't be beat. I have purchased referbs from CompUSA in the past and haven't had a one to be defective yet. If I can get to it, I will sign in to update my review after I've fully tested the HP printer.  
 
So far CompUSA hasn't disappointed me with anything.

I bought HP C8180 Printer, When I received the printer I open the box found out no INK cartridges in side I call Comp USA so many times, I even went to store no one is response any thing.
