I Placed two different orders for Christmas gifts and now that Santa is on the way LGD has cancelled both of my orders. They are quick to charge your credit card when the order is placed, cancell the order a week and a half latter and then quote two to three business days to process the credit. Very, Very, Very poor business practice. This was my first attempt to order from them and is the last.

GRAY-MARKET, GRAY-MARKET, GRAY-MARKET, GRAY-MARKET, 995NIKON I purchased a digital camera through pricesrite.com and it came to me from this company. I was supposed to have a 16Meg compact flash card with it and they sent an 8Meg one. When I called to inquire about it I was put on hold five different times and talked to five different people and I was told that I should have read the "About Us" segment to the pricesrite.com web page where it says that their open box items are shipped "as is". The saleman I talked to when I order my camera specifically stated that it came with a 16Meg card and that I probably should order more memory, to which I replied "No thanks." - expecially at $40 for 32Meg. If one reads the "About us" info the information there indicates that they have costly restocking fees 15%, shipping and handling fees, processing fees (5% for returns and 5% for credit card refunds), etc associated with any return. Two of the people I spoke with were extremely rude. I refuse to believe that they are typical New Yorkers. I will not be doing anymore business with, "Lets Go Digital" or "Pricesrite" These are at least four of the names that they operate under: pricesrite.com, dealznet.com, hypaudio.com, lgdsuperstore.com.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced when purchasing online. Company stated they would call to verify shipping address and never did. Only told me product was on back-order when I called to complain after receiving no update after three weeks (online order update always said it would ship in 2-3 days). By strange coincidence, order showed up a few days after I called. Received e-mail notification of shipping a week and a half later. (Quite helpful.) On the positive side, the charge was what it was supposed to be and my purchase works fine.

Scummy Scummy Scummy. Waste of time. I ordered two Pyramid Amplifier Fan Covers b/c the price was right and the shipping was ok. Showed in stock and get email 7 days after order saying backordered. 7 days! I emailed them and asked them and they told me sorry. They are very good at saying sorry. I emailed them a few days later and they said it shipped (they thought it shipped). Bull. A couple days later they told me still backordered and that basically I am just gonna have to wait until hell freezes over. Oh BY THE WAY THEY ARE VERY VERY GOOD AT CHARGING YOUR CARD ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE, not the day it ships.

After placing an order for a camera filter and bag, about $21, I noticed that the shipping was bumped up to a hefty $18. I immediately emailed them twice to cancel the order, explaining the reasons, and also tried calling them. There wasn't any answer at the phone.  
The next day, I phoned early (also with no answer) and in the late afternoon. After finally getting through, they told me it had "already gone to the warehouse" and that I'd have to pay a restocking fee and shipping - all on an item that had yet to be shipped! They even admitted that it wouldn't ship for another 3 days, yet refused to budge. Both of the "customer service representatives" were exceedingly rude.  
Basically, LGD falls within the realm of the scummy NY-based electronics companies we all know and love. You can do better with price, and shipping as well.

I order some camcorder accessories. The prices were great and I received exactly what was advertized. I did receive an email right after I ordered that said it would be 2 or 3 days before the items would ship, but that was no problem because I still got them in one week. I highly recommend them. My only complaint is that the product descriptions on some items on there web site is too vague. But, you can find the info elsewhere on the net and go back here to get the good price:)

I ordered small items, wiring harness for my car and a radio kit... the shipping came out to $13 for ups ground and since i needed the items badly for my car, i went ahead and ordered it..Ordered it on wednesday and they didn't ship it in 2-3 days like they said. as a matter of fact, 6 days later they cancelled my order for unknown reasons!!! what a waste of my time..
