Five minutes after ordering a DVD player I realized it was the wrong model number. I E-mailed three times with no response and then called customer service two hours later. They stated it could not be cancelled, only exchanged.  
Totally unreasonable. I will now try to cancel via my credit card. Do not deal with these guys.

WARNING - NEVER EVER buy anything from these guys.  
I ordered a DVR received a defective unit of a different model than I ordered. They said it would have to be handled through the manufacturer's (Pioneer Electronics)warranty. They would provide no help whatever. Pioneer's warranty clearly states that they provide NO warranty for froducts purchased from unauthorized sellers. "Lets Go Digital" is NOT an authorized dealer. When I called them they admitted they were not an authorized dealer and that they knew Pioneer's policy. Lets Go Digital told me, "You will just have to fight with Pioneer". I have filed a dispute with my cc company because before purchase they told me that any problems would be handled through the dealer's warranty while knowing that Pioneer's written warranty clearly states thet they do not warrant items sold by Lets Go Digital.  
 
Another problem: After charging my credit card, they called and told me how stupid I was for ordering what I did and tried to get me to spend more on another model. When I refused, they tried to sell me an extended warranty and were nasty when I declined.  
 
Still another problem: They did not ship the model I ordered. The confirming email listed the model I ordered but the model which arrived was different with a different feature set. They never asked permission to make the switch. I found out only when the shipment arrived. In my case, I was willing to accept the model they shipped but someone else would not have been.

The Samsung DLP TV never worked fro the get go. Called Samsung about warranty claim. Sasmsung determind the TV was refurbished and did not have a valid seril # or tag on the back. The tag was a poor forgery. I have a written document from Samsung---stating this was not a new TV nor a valid serial#. The are being served papers saying they have committed fraud

These people sell equipment they don't have.  
 
After the sale I was contacted via e-mail to call in. I called the # and the extension provided and the representative said I have to purchase a warranty plan on the item I bought because it no longer carries manufacturer's warranty. When I asked him if the item was shipped he said it already went out and I should have it shortly. Fine, I purchased their warranty.  
 
Several days later I get another email again asking me to call their custormer service but this time no extension or representative name unlike when they wanted to push their warranty. I called and got general customer service which informed me that they don't actually have the item I ordered and haven't had it in stock at the time of my order (even though the website listed in stock).  
 
Immediately following the brief explanation the representative started selling me a different "upgraded" model. I just cancelled the order and asked them for a refund. Just a few hours ago I received another email:

Scam artists indeed!! this is amazing that they get away with it. I ordered 2 receivers and a DVD player. I got the "famous phone call" that they needed to talk to me. Evidently, since my order price was $1600 they had to ship it via speical carrier and charge me 89 bucks for insurance. i reluctantly agreed at first.. then 10 minutes later my doorbell rings and it was ups with 2 of the 3 items. I asked them about insurance and they said there was none. I then called the store and told them i was lied to and this was an unfair scam. they told me they could give me the extended warranty for 89 each unit and they can waive the insurance. i told them this is crazy, that i have the items and there is no insurance charge. the guy hung up on me. i called someone else and was told it was a mistake and they wont charge me for that. the same clown called me back later and said "no, it was not a mistake.. i can still waive one if you buy the warranty... so i escaped that racket as i told them no. to this day, i still have not received the dvd player (conincidently after i declined the extra charges_ and they finally claim it is out of stock for good once i called them.. so, indeed, these patterns are obvious. go to b&h photo if they have what you want. worth the slightly extra price. i feel taken. i now have to hope they credit me back for the dvd player or i'll take up with my cc company. oy!

This is the biggest bunch of lying, rude, stupid, theiving people I have ever tried to do business with. I believe that their president, "Wally Segap" uses a pseudoname. They sold me defective merchandise then refused to exchange it or refund my money ($1300). They played games with me and then accused me of returning the defective goods in a box that was not the manufacturer's box so they could try to avoid any responsibility and blame the defect on me. It was the box I received the merchandise in. They probably switch boxes in their warehouse to sell defective merchandise and cheat the consumer out of their money.

Service was very poor. I ordered a Christmas gift and was told it would be shipped in "1-2 days." Soon afterwards I was informed it had been "sent to the warehouse for processing." Then I was told there would be a delay. Finally, I was told the item was no longer available. This was full TWO WEEKS after I placed my order.

This is the worst shop on Yahoo and on the web!  
 
They misrepresented the shipping charges, the charges are outrageous and they claim to have items in stock and don't.  
 
I brought this to their attention and they basically told me that they don't care.  
 
The start every email with "Dear Valued Customer" -- their business skills, however, stop there.  
 
After trying to resolve this matter, within 2 hours of placing the order, I told them to forget it and cancel the order and they said they would/coult not. Further, if I refused shipment, I'd be charged a fee.  
 
DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE -- They're crooks!

Ordered a TV for my daughter's birthday to be delivered to her. They sent an email saying because the shipping address differed from the billing address, I would have to add the shipping address as an authorized address with my credit card company. As if that wasn't ridiculous enough, after going through all that they then called me by phone, harassing me about coughing up a UTILITY BILL for my billing address. I was so fed up I cancelled the entire order. These guys are MORONS.

The worst shopping experience ever!!! How is it possible that this company is still in business?  
 
I placed my order on Friday, was promised it would ship either on Friday or Monday as the latest. Today is Wed 4:30PM. My order was not shipped and when I called, I was bounced around between 6 people who had absolutely no information about my order. I asked them to cancel it and was told they were trying to help me but I was not appreciative. I don't need their help, I need the order I paid for be shipped on time. It's not help, it's paid service! Anyway, they totally refused to cancel my order even though they have no idea what stage it's in. I just called the credit card company and dispute the charge.  
 
I would recommend to everybody to stay as far away from this company as possible!!!

A Bad Fraud seller! Will never ever buy anything from them again!  
 
Samsung L200 portable DVD player I ordered never worked a single minute in my hand. After calling them several times, they finally agree to replace the item for me. After another almost a month, I didn't hear anything from them, and had to call back again. I was told that they didn't have same product (which is absolutely a liar, I check back their website and they do have same product with higher price.) and refund my money to my credit card. But I was told the shipping is unrefundable. I didn't use the DVD player for a single minute, but need to pay $40 shipping fee.  
This is really a worst online reseller I ever deal with. I will never do any business with them again!

They are horrible one of the worst customer service that I've ever seen!  
I ordered a receiver as a birthday present and got a 3 day select so it would come in before the birthday. They knocked $10 off the 3 day shipping. And then mistakenly shipped the product ground!  
The were horrible on the phone and did not want  
to send me a new one and said that if I cancel the order I would have to pay 15% restoking fee!  
They refunded me $17 (without my concent) for the shipping the actuall difference is $26 they just said it's too bad that they dropped $10 before they will not do it for this.  
 
So I ended up paying for their mistakes and will have the birthday present A WEEK AFTER the birthday!  
I purchase things online all the time (even  
from the places like this), but these guys are the worst!!!  
DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM there a ton of places that have just as bad customer service, but a much cheaper.

This company has rotten to non-existent customer service. They shipped me the wrong item, and it took me hours to connect with a real person after repeated attempts to contact them via e-mail and their voice automated system. Ultimately, I had to contact my credit card company to put a freeze on my payment to Lets Go Digital (LGD) for the item they never shipped. I bought from LGD because the Sony TCS-30D tape recorder was amongst the cheapest I could find, though the $11.00+ shipping and handling seemed high. Ultimately, they should have paid me for shipping and handling, because I spent no less than five hours on the phone to them, getting disconnected, directed to out of service extensions (ext. 313), weeding through a maze of automated voice mail instructions. I eventually did get a real person on the line,
