This family of Internet scam sites has a well-known and fully warrented reputation for dishonest business practices, "bait & switch" FRAUDULENT tactics and total "bad faith" in every aspect of their sales. My recent experience was horribly frustrating with their rude, deceptive attitudes and failure to deliver as promised. Internet Search Engines and the NY BBB should take strong actions to close down these crooks who are ruinous for any trust in Internet Commerce This review was modified by its author, aldros, on

This was the worst experience I have ever had. These people are scam artists maniacs. You might as well throw your money in the wind. It is a group of guys that work in a runned down 9 x 9 square foot building. They do not even have the products that I ordered--you order, then they call a manufacture which ships you the product. And like so many other reviews. They did me the same way with calling me a few days later after I placed my order and and said my camera was not in stock, but that they had the newer model, but it would add $60.00 to my order. I said yes. Why in the hell did I do that? And when you return an item they make you sign a waiver. OMG, by the time they take out the processing fee, the restocking fee, the shipping to and from the warehouse fee, and who the hell knows what other fees--I think you get maybe 50% of what you paid, refunded. It took six weeks to get my order. Ridiculous. These guys need to be arrested. BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!! They also go by several other names. Watch out for: PriceRite Phot, Dealz Net, Ideal Video, A. Heffco, HLGL, Heffez & Heffez This review was modified by its author, Bewareforever, on

These people are crooks . I placed an order for a surge protector on the internet. After a week had gone by I called and inquired about my order. I was told that that item was outdated and no longer available and that I could have this better one for about $40 more. I told them I didn't want that one and I sent two emails telling them to not ship that item to me and that I would refuse it if they did. They sent the item anyway and I have refused it. At this point they have not responded to any of my emails requesting a refund. There are lots of fast talking New Yorkers at this site that could care less about customers. Let the buyer beware

BUYER BE AWARE!!! BUYER BE AWARE!!!
We ordered a SONY LCD TV from Let’s Go Digital. A package arrived a week after, which was poorly rapped and definitely not in the original manufacture seal. When we opened the box, we were shocked because WHAT’S IN THE BOX WAS A BROKEN TV MISSING ITS UPPER LEFT CORNER.
First, we gave Let’s Go Digital a benefit of doubt that the TV might be damaged during the shipping; however, after a close examination, the box was in tact and there were no debris in the box, so we concluded that the TV was in this condition before it was sent out. We called Let’s Go Digital for return and a full refund. Let’s Go Digital argued that even the TV was missing its left corner, it was still in working condition, then said they would call us back, but they never did.
We shipped the broken TV back to them as damaged goods with no charge on us and stopped the credit card payment (it is important to have a credit card company that always sides with you when you do a lot online orderings). I wish I had seen all the reviews on resellerratings.com before I placed my order with Let's Go Digital. What a nightmare dealing with this seller.

Horrible experience! Ordered a vacuum cleaner from them which arrived with foot pedal broken off. They told me to contact the manufacturer since it wasn't their problem! Manufacturer said it was LDG's problem since they shipped it in store display box only. Get disconnected EVERY time you try to contact customer service! 3 months later & problem still not solved! They finally let me return vacuum 6/7/06, but as of 8/2/06,I still don't have a new vacuum, or a refund! They will answer the phone for orders, but if you ask to speak to customer service, they transfer you, & while on hold, disconnect your call! Very frustrating. I will NEVER deal with them again!

Believe every negative thing you read about these guys. They are known by Let's Go Digital and LGDSuperstore.com. My experience mirrors others on here - ordered a product, after a week with no confirmation checked online to see my account was "OPEN" and the item was now out of stock. Efforts to cancel the order by e-mail, telephone, fax, and US Mail were all ineffective. Danny Roberts - customer service "supervisor" lied to me, and hung up on me. Every time I called customer service, I got a different story - item is now in stock, item is on backorder for 30 days, item will be available in 2 days, etc. I am sure “Danny Roberts” is a pseudonym.
Research online points to Jack Heffner as the owner of the company, but you can’t be sure because these guys operate numerous other online sites as well – notably HypeAudio, Gigabuyz, and others. I can't say these guys are crooks, but I believe a reputable business would never act in this fashion.
Any positive comments must have been placed by their own people. Take a look at Don Wiss’ web page for pictures of LGD’s “superstore” in Brooklyn (see http://donwiss.com/pictures/BrooklynStores/).
Spend the extra money from a known authorized online source. I will never order anything from these guys again and urge you to avoid them as well.

These people sell equipment they don't have.
After the sale I was contacted via e-mail to call in. I called the # and the extension provided and the representative said I have to purchase a warranty plan on the item I bought because it no longer carries manufacturer's warranty. When I asked him if the item was shipped he said it already went out and I should have it shortly. Fine, I purchased their warranty.
Several days later I get another email again asking me to call their custormer service but this time no extension or representative name unlike when they wanted to push their warranty. I called and got general customer service which informed me that they don't actually have the item I ordered and haven't had it in stock at the time of my order (even though the website listed in stock).
Immediately following the brief explanation the representative started selling me a different "upgraded" model. I just cancelled the order and asked them for a refund. Just a few hours ago I received another email:

I haven't even received the item and according to them it's out of stock. They're selling air and reporting it as returned merchandise or something along those lines. Their staff is clueless and rude.

Scam artists indeed!! this is amazing that they get away with it. I ordered 2 receivers and a DVD player. I got the "famous phone call" that they needed to talk to me. Evidently, since my order price was $1600 they had to ship it via speical carrier and charge me 89 bucks for insurance. i reluctantly agreed at first.. then 10 minutes later my doorbell rings and it was ups with 2 of the 3 items. I asked them about insurance and they said there was none. I then called the store and told them i was lied to and this was an unfair scam. they told me they could give me the extended warranty for 89 each unit and they can waive the insurance. i told them this is crazy, that i have the items and there is no insurance charge. the guy hung up on me. i called someone else and was told it was a mistake and they wont charge me for that. the same clown called me back later and said "no, it was not a mistake.. i can still waive one if you buy the warranty... so i escaped that racket as i told them no. to this day, i still have not received the dvd player (conincidently after i declined the extra charges_ and they finally claim it is out of stock for good once i called them.. so, indeed, these patterns are obvious. go to b&h photo if they have what you want. worth the slightly extra price. i feel taken. i now have to hope they credit me back for the dvd player or i'll take up with my cc company. oy!

This is the worst shop on Yahoo and on the web!
They misrepresented the shipping charges, the charges are outrageous and they claim to have items in stock and don't.
I brought this to their attention and they basically told me that they don't care.
The start every email with "Dear Valued Customer" -- their business skills, however, stop there.
After trying to resolve this matter, within 2 hours of placing the order, I told them to forget it and cancel the order and they said they would/coult not. Further, if I refused shipment, I'd be charged a fee.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE -- They're crooks!

The worst shopping experience ever!!! How is it possible that this company is still in business?
I placed my order on Friday, was promised it would ship either on Friday or Monday as the latest. Today is Wed 4:30PM. My order was not shipped and when I called, I was bounced around between 6 people who had absolutely no information about my order. I asked them to cancel it and was told they were trying to help me but I was not appreciative. I don't need their help, I need the order I paid for be shipped on time. It's not help, it's paid service! Anyway, they totally refused to cancel my order even though they have no idea what stage it's in. I just called the credit card company and dispute the charge.
I would recommend to everybody to stay as far away from this company as possible!!!

A Bad Fraud seller! Will never ever buy anything from them again!
Samsung L200 portable DVD player I ordered never worked a single minute in my hand. After calling them several times, they finally agree to replace the item for me. After another almost a month, I didn't hear anything from them, and had to call back again. I was told that they didn't have same product (which is absolutely a liar, I check back their website and they do have same product with higher price.) and refund my money to my credit card. But I was told the shipping is unrefundable. I didn't use the DVD player for a single minute, but need to pay $40 shipping fee.
This is really a worst online reseller I ever deal with. I will never do any business with them again!
