This family of Internet scam sites has a well-known and fully warrented reputation for dishonest business practices, "bait & switch" FRAUDULENT tactics and total "bad faith" in every aspect of their sales. My recent experience was horribly frustrating with their rude, deceptive attitudes and failure to deliver as promised. Internet Search Engines and the NY BBB should take strong actions to close down these crooks who are ruinous for any trust in Internet Commerce

This was the worst experience I have ever had. These people are scam artists maniacs. You might as well throw your money in the wind. It is a group of guys that work in a runned down 9 x 9 square foot building. They do not even have the products that I ordered--you order, then they call a manufacture which ships you the product. And like so many other reviews. They did me the same way with calling me a few days later after I placed my order and and said my camera was not in stock, but that they had the newer model, but it would add $60.00 to my order. I said yes. Why in the hell did I do that? And when you return an item they make you sign a waiver. OMG, by the time they take out the processing fee, the restocking fee, the shipping to and from the warehouse fee, and who the hell knows what other fees--I think you get maybe 50% of what you paid, refunded. It took six weeks to get my order. Ridiculous. These guys need to be arrested. BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!!! They also go by several other names. Watch out for: PriceRite Phot, Dealz Net, Ideal Video, A. Heffco, HLGL, Heffez & Heffez

These people are crooks . I placed an order for a surge protector on the internet. After a week had gone by I called and inquired about my order. I was told that that item was outdated and no longer available and that I could have this better one for about $40 more. I told them I didn't want that one and I sent two emails telling them to not ship that item to me and that I would refuse it if they did. They sent the item anyway and I have refused it. At this point they have not responded to any of my emails requesting a refund. There are lots of fast talking New Yorkers at this site that could care less about customers. Let the buyer beware

BUYER BE AWARE!!! BUYER BE AWARE!!!

We ordered a SONY LCD TV from Let’s Go Digital. A package arrived a week after, which was poorly rapped and definitely not in the original manufacture seal. When we opened the box, we were shocked because WHAT’S IN THE BOX WAS A BROKEN TV MISSING ITS UPPER LEFT CORNER.

First, we gave Let’s Go Digital a benefit of doubt that the TV might be damaged during the shipping; however, after a close examination, the box was in tact and there were no debris in the box, so we concluded that the TV was in this condition before it was sent out. We called Let’s Go Digital for return and a full refund. Let’s Go Digital argued that even the TV was missing its left corner, it was still in working condition, then said they would call us back, but they never did.

We shipped the broken TV back to them as damaged goods with no charge on us and stopped the credit card payment (it is important to have a credit card company that always sides with you when you do a lot online orderings). I wish I had seen all the reviews on resellerratings.com before I placed my order with Let's Go Digital. What a nightmare dealing with this seller.

Horrible experience! Ordered a vacuum cleaner from them which arrived with foot pedal broken off. They told me to contact the manufacturer since it wasn't their problem! Manufacturer said it was LDG's problem since they shipped it in store display box only. Get disconnected EVERY time you try to contact customer service! 3 months later & problem still not solved! They finally let me return vacuum 6/7/06, but as of 8/2/06,I still don't have a new vacuum, or a refund! They will answer the phone for orders, but if you ask to speak to customer service, they transfer you, & while on hold, disconnect your call! Very frustrating. I will NEVER deal with them again!

Believe every negative thing you read about these guys. They are known by Let's Go Digital and LGDSuperstore.com. My experience mirrors others on here - ordered a product, after a week with no confirmation checked online to see my account was "OPEN" and the item was now out of stock. Efforts to cancel the order by e-mail, telephone, fax, and US Mail were all ineffective. Danny Roberts - customer service "supervisor" lied to me, and hung up on me. Every time I called customer service, I got a different story - item is now in stock, item is on backorder for 30 days, item will be available in 2 days, etc. I am sure “Danny Roberts” is a pseudonym.

Research online points to Jack Heffner as the owner of the company, but you can’t be sure because these guys operate numerous other online sites as well – notably HypeAudio, Gigabuyz, and others. I can't say these guys are crooks, but I believe a reputable business would never act in this fashion.

Any positive comments must have been placed by their own people. Take a look at Don Wiss’ web page for pictures of LGD’s “superstore” in Brooklyn (see http://donwiss.com/pictures/BrooklynStores/).

Spend the extra money from a known authorized online source. I will never order anything from these guys again and urge you to avoid them as well.

Had to call them on June 1st, after not receiving any shipping information on an order billed for May 14th. They claimed it shipped for 4 business days straight, stating to contact them later for tracking. I requested a full refund, they threatened with over $1000 in cancellation fees for a $3400 order. The afternoon the following day, the item shipped. BBB.org has 72 complaints filed against them and the other 12 buisness names they operate under. BEWARE!

This merchant is a scam. Stay as far away from it as you can.

I ordered a receiver for $683 and never got it. In the beginning when I did not get a tracking number in my email, I called to inquire about it. Was told that the product had shipped but could not provide me with a tracking number. After 3 wks and no product, I called company to cancel order. The man I spoke with (Robert) said he would cancel order and refund the money.

More than a month goes by and still no refund. I called company back and was told they never had a record of me cancelling my order even though it was the very same guy who told me he would cancel order and refund the money.

I ended up disputing the whole debacle to my credit card company and finally after more than 3 months, got my full refund back.

Stay as far away as you can from this fraudulent company if you value your time and money.

Beware! This is a scam. The JVC camera I ordered was in stock when I placed an order but disappeared few days later. When I called about the delivery, IdealAV told me that they cannot ship it but can sell a more expensive camera. I decided to wait. After weeks of calls and emails I was told that they cannot deliver and will cancel the order. So I ordered the camera from another store. Even though they told me that the order was canceled, they shipped the camera few days later. I refused the UPS delivery and the camera was sent back to IdealAV in an unopened box. When I called, I was told that the order was never cancelled and they do not have a record of any calls where either I or they cancelled the order. They also told me that they do not have a record of a cancellation email that I sent. After a number of calls I got reimbursed but they kept more than $100 as a restocking fee. The whole affair took more than 2 months. It was a horrible experience. At the end, Daniel from IdealAV told me that they will reimburse it in full only if I post a favorable review. This means that all favorable reviews about this store and all other stores, that this company from Bronx owns, are fabricated.

$543.89 charged for goods and sevices never received

I originally found this seller, oneclickdigital.com, through pricescan.com, a price comparison site.
I placed an online order on 2/21/06 for one Sony DSC M2 for $369.00 U.S.D. plus $14.90 s&h. When I had not received any order confirmation the next day I called their 1-800 customer service #.
The sales rep then explained to me an extended service plan for 5 years
that included "accidental damage, theft and loss with no deductiable" for an additional $149.99. I specifically asked who the plan was from and he said "direct from sony". When I doublechecked on this plan on their site after hanging up it was not described as he stated. I also checked the sony site and that plan does not exist. I called back immediately to double check to see if there was any misunderstanding and he very rudely told me it WAS as he had explained and what a good deal I was getting and hung up. I called back first thing the next morning (2/23) and stated that I wanted to cancel the order completely and was told I could not because it had already been shipped .
Since then I have emailed customer service several times and called back repeatedly as well as checking the shipping status at their site. There was no tracking number and I have only rec'd one email response saying the tracking info would update by sunday 2/26 (I was originally told it would update in 24 hours on 2/23when I tried to cancel)
Each time I call I get the same person, once I asked for a customer service manager & was told to call back in one hour when I called back the very same person told me that they were the owner of the company and repeated the exact same line about the great deal I was getting before hanging up.
There have been other customer complaints posted about this same company on the pricerunner site since my purchase date stating similar incidents. There were also claims that this same company is operating under 4-5 other names. I went to the site of one of these other names listed, a Circuit Digital and I called their 1-800 sales number. When the sales rep answered all they said was “Can I help you?” without stating any company name. I then asked if I had reached oneclickdigital and was told yes I had. Then I asked the rep. if it was also Circuit Digital and was immediately told to please hold. I was on hold for ten minutes before I hung up and called back. I inquired again which company I had reached and was transferred. The next person tried to tell me that they had never heard of Circuit Digital even thought that was the # I had called, not the one on my invoice from oneclickdigital.com. They also have the EXACT same customer service email address. I can go to any of these sites and log on to the "my account" page wuth the email address and password I created at oneclickdigital and all of my info and the exact same order # come up.

Only after I emailed their customer service and stated that I would be reporting them for fraud did I get any response. I then explained that since the plan they sold me was bogus , I wanted the $149.99 charge for it removed and was told that I would have to wait until the package arrived because the plan was “in the box” and they don’t have the invoice # needed to refund. Then after several minutes of arguing they gave me a tracking number from U.S.P.S. ( I was told it would be shipped FedEx Priority when I paid) When I went to the U.S.P.S. website the number came up as invalid on the track and confirm search.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Called to place an order on the HP PL5000n Plasma on 11/16/05 and was told there was 14 units in stock. PLaced the order and called back 30-45 mins later to cancel the order. The guy told me since the order has been processed it cannot be canceled. He said to refuse the shipment but they will have to charge the restocking fee!!! A week later they had the nerve to call me and tell me the HP pl5000N is out of stock and he was pressing me on purchasing a sony tv. I said no and to cancel my order completely he said ok. Today 12/09/05 I received a call from a freight company wanting to schedule a delivery, refused shipment and contact my credit call company. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!! THESE GUYS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED DEALERS!!!

Five minutes after ordering a DVD player I realized it was the wrong model number. I E-mailed three times with no response and then called customer service two hours later. They stated it could not be cancelled, only exchanged.
Totally unreasonable. I will now try to cancel via my credit card. Do not deal with these guys.

WARNING - NEVER EVER buy anything from these guys.
I ordered a DVR received a defective unit of a different model than I ordered. They said it would have to be handled through the manufacturer's (Pioneer Electronics)warranty. They would provide no help whatever. Pioneer's warranty clearly states that they provide NO warranty for froducts purchased from unauthorized sellers. "Lets Go Digital" is NOT an authorized dealer. When I called them they admitted they were not an authorized dealer and that they knew Pioneer's policy. Lets Go Digital told me, "You will just have to fight with Pioneer". I have filed a dispute with my cc company because before purchase they told me that any problems would be handled through the dealer's warranty while knowing that Pioneer's written warranty clearly states thet they do not warrant items sold by Lets Go Digital.

Another problem: After charging my credit card, they called and told me how stupid I was for ordering what I did and tried to get me to spend more on another model. When I refused, they tried to sell me an extended warranty and were nasty when I declined.

Still another problem: They did not ship the model I ordered. The confirming email listed the model I ordered but the model which arrived was different with a different feature set. They never asked permission to make the switch. I found out only when the shipment arrived. In my case, I was willing to accept the model they shipped but someone else would not have been.

These people sell equipment they don't have.

After the sale I was contacted via e-mail to call in. I called the # and the extension provided and the representative said I have to purchase a warranty plan on the item I bought because it no longer carries manufacturer's warranty. When I asked him if the item was shipped he said it already went out and I should have it shortly. Fine, I purchased their warranty.

Several days later I get another email again asking me to call their custormer service but this time no extension or representative name unlike when they wanted to push their warranty. I called and got general customer service which informed me that they don't actually have the item I ordered and haven't had it in stock at the time of my order (even though the website listed in stock).

Immediately following the brief explanation the representative started selling me a different "upgraded" model. I just cancelled the order and asked them for a refund. Just a few hours ago I received another email:
